Close to New Delhi Railway Station, arrival from and departure to the Airport are very agreable. N. B.: For Air-India-flights check-in of the luggage can be done at the New Delhi Airport Express Line Metro Station!!! Around the hotel you find everything you may need: Restaurants of each category, supermarket, beauty saloon, wine store ... Staff is very friendly and helpful !

The worst hotel I have ever stayed at
My advice to all those people traveling to India is to not make a mistake of staying in this hotel. First of all, it isn’t a safe area for foreign travelers. Secondly, hotel stuff are always looking for an opportunity to steal either your stuff or something from your so they can charge you for. Over all, they rip you off. Don’t stay ever go there!

Do not go here if you are a women travelling alone
Staff was terrible, terribly noisy, bugs and dirty rooms, didn't feel safe, not sure if it is really even a "hotel".

Fare location but bad service
Location is close to the railway station but it is located in the small road that we find it for few minutes. The service of the front desk is super bad. We used almost 30mins to finish our check in. I showed my booking from hotels.com but the guy was still very confused and take a long time to verify my booking. And the old man cannot really communicate with us while we are filling the check in form. The room is fare but have dust on table. Water is hot and bed is ok. When we check in, the old man of the front desk asked us to pay which we have already settled the payment on hotels.com. I totally cannot understand why they cannot check the record online but use the service of hotels.com. That's totally nonsense.

Not a good place to stay.
Most unfriendly and corrupt staff. They didn’t even give the bill for the stay and was demanding only cash as their 4-5 credit card machines wouldn’t work for 5 consecutive days. I had to pay all cash for 2+1 nights stay. I had to demand a receipt during my later stay. The bed sheets aren’t even washed. They looked so dirty and dusty. No towels on the 2nd day as they said that their washing machine is broken. The locality in which it is in is dirty. Food was okay. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for anyone.

We stayed two nights in this hotel and really didn't like our first room at all. The bathroom smelled really bad, the shower head was broken and there was no hot water. The sheet on the bed were stained and guests in other rooms or in the corridor were really loud in the evening. On our second night, we asked for another room and we had a better experience. They showed us were to turn the hot water unit on, the bathroom was not smelly and we had two windows. Furniture, bed sheet and walls were still stained, but it's India! Check in was quick and easy though and there's a lift so for luggage, it's good.

disgusting hotel
a truly horrible experience, unclean, shower had smell of sewer water, I could go on and on, please don't end up hating Delhi like me because of my stay at this hotel. guy on reception is so rude as mentioned in previous reviews.

Reasonably priced property
Reasonably price property with very nice rooms and friendly staff. Good location, easy access to major attractions via public transportation. There are many cafes, bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk away which makes walking around very safe even at night. I will go there again anytime.

Happy to find such a good hotel
Check in and out was a breeze, and the staff were very helpful and giving us information about the city and the rental taxis. My room was a bit small, but still perfect. The beds were good and comfortable, and the location was convenient.

Nice for short trips
The hotel is near the city center, close to public transport and major attractions of the city. Hotel is not too big and luxurious, but the room was well appointed and clean. WiFi was a little shaky and slow, but the other facilities were nice.

Perfect for a short visit
Hotel is kind of budget friendly and small but perfect for a short visit to the city center. Room was tidy and quite, and the location was great with lots of important attractions that are easily accessible. We will definitely go back there again.

Extremely rude chief receptionist.
Hotel was OK for a budget hotel in this area. Room was adequate and fairly clean but bathroom reeked of a septic smell that never left over our three night stay even when the fan was kept on constantly. Most of the staff were fairly polite but one man, the chief receptionist, was extremely rude on every one of the four occasions that we had to deal with him. When we checked in, one morning when asking for the wifi to be turned on, and also the evening before and morning that we checked out. He asked many questions regarding our taxi driver and travel plans that were none of his business. We would never stay here again, and recommend other travellers to stay away also, unless you like being verbally abused.

Affordable price, the customer service was spot on. It is situated in the best part of town. There are so many lovely restaurants nearby and the metro station is only a 15 minute walk away which was a great option for getting around the city.

Overall, the hotel was of great value. Great location - so central to everything. The room was nice, with plenty of space, and had everything you could want ... The staff were all good, attentive and very knowledgeable.

Enjoyed my stay in SRIVINAYAK
I enjoyed my stay in SRIVINAYAK. This hotel is close to the train and metro station but little away from the Delhi airport (25 minutes by car). Room was clean and comfortable, and hotel staff were helpful and friendly. Room service was nice, lots of food choices.

Fantastic small hotel in a great location
Fantastic small hotel in a great location. Close to many good cafes and restaurants. Staff were wonderful and helped us navigate wherever we wanted to go. The bathroom shower was ok, not too strong, but the bath products were great.

It was pleasent stay. Hotel staff were co-operative and responsive. The only problem was that even though the room was clean but fine dust was on the table etc also water was bit smelly on last day of my 4 days stay with family. Food was good at the hotel. Overall good stay.

Not a place to stay! AC was not working. Hot water Tap was not working. Toilet flush was not working. We had a heated conversation @ reception while check-out since guy on counter demanded money for chai-pani/tip. (We had already tipped the porter)

Good option for train travelers
Me and my friend stayed here for a single day to catch our train to the Agra. This hotel was so close to it. Within walking distance. Room was lovely, according to the amount we paid and the services were good.

Very nice mid priced hotel
City nearest metro station (New Delhi) is only 15 minutes walk away from this hotel and the main train station is also close by. Staff was good, but not overly helpful. Sometimes the WiFi was not working in my room, and after many phone calls, the staff could not fixed it correctly. Other than that (WiFi), everything in the room such as beds, bathroom, television, were all really good.

Good small budget hotel
Good small budget hotel which is nicely kept and appointed with extremely nice staff. Everybody was really courteous and helpful at all times. The hotel room was good and it had a huge bed with plenty of pillows. Location was good as well and close to all the places we needed to visit.

Delightful stay
Every detail of this hotel and service from staff was perfect, without any kind of fault. The only one disadvantage is that, it is slightly away from the airport, but very near the center and the train station. We will definitely come back again.

Greatly impressed by the hotel staff who were all very efficient and could not have been more helpful. The location was good, close to the train station. Bedroom was very well furnished, decorated and quiet. Beds were large and comfortable.

Staff here was absolutely brilliant and they did everything, in fact more for us. Room was clean and well equipped, really can not complain. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning in the room was very useful because the weather was very hot.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel and there is nothing I can think of that would make our stay more enjoyable. Staff were very polite and attentive, The bedrooms were large and comfortable and the location was very convenient, near train station and shopping centers.

The room itself was very nice and clean. Our main issue was that we had no window or fan so the room was very damp/wet after a shower. When asking for fresh towels we got damp ckean ones anyway - I guess they don't have a dryer machine. The hotel staff was very helpful with advice although a bit pushy about selling extra services (such as trying to overcharge for an airport taxi). We booked our first night on this site then spent two more nights on agreement to use the same discounted rate as our first night. We had to argue pretty hard for them to honor this verbal agreement. They tried to charge us more by quoting incorrect exchange rates. In the end we paid the price agreed on. The hotel is walking distance to the train station, the metro, and the main restaurant street of Paharganj: Main Bazar. NOTE: the hotels.com map shows the hotel on Main Bazar road but that is not its location! I was not happy to learn this at 3am while trying to find it!

Will first no one say as welcome there when we got , at day time there was man (may be menger) was abet nice to gusts but othere workers was like I owe them. There is no posibalty to make tea or .... The wors they give as a very bad constitution room there then we Chang it. They charg for the heter 200 each night the rooms was cold. I don't know how ppl value it 4.5?????? I may I may say it was like 2.1 that all I may tell yes the sheets was not so clean.

Very helpful
I stayed with 3 kids with my wife and friends. Its very good and the very kindness, helpful and very supportive. Especially hotel staff is very good and helpful. Very friendly atmosphere. I love to stay in future. Food is very good and not expensive. We enjoyed the food even my kids.

Good budget hotel but need some improvement
overall the place is decent. Nothing looks run down. It's kept nice and clean. the wireless internet was not working properly or either very slow. I found the bed to be quite comfortable and enjoyed.

Good choice
The service is okay for this type of hotel and the rooms are okay. Staff was friendly, there was no noise in the room. the location of this hotel is simply the best close to train station and metro station. Perfect if you want to catch early train.
