Delavan is waiting for you at this brilliant 2-bedroom cottage. With 1 queen bed, 2 bunk beds, a cozy living room with a sofa bed, and a bathroom with a bathtub and hair dryer, this awesome retreat has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Large garage converted into a game room, and fenced yard with firepit. Enjoy the enchanting surroundings and make unforgettable memories with your loved ones. We look forward to welcoming you to our place. Side Note-This home is not located on the water, it is about 3-4 blocks away from our private community beach/park.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Remove all garbage.If you check out on Saturday or Sunday, Please pull the large trash receptacles to the end of the driveway for pick up.
Be sure that all lights are off, all windows and doors are shut and locked.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The home offers a lot more space than what you would think for the small square footage and includes every thing you need and more. Comfortable, clean and homey within close vicinity of multiple lakes and downtown Lake Geneva. The host is very responsive and plenty for the kids and adults to do!
