You can walk to Torrey Pines State Beach too, pulling the provided wagon that will carry your family's supplied beach gear. The Del Mar Race Track and Village are also only a short drive away. If you wish to shorten your existing reservation with VRBKIM, and your reservation is further than 30 days away, we do charge a $100 restocking fee to make this adjustment. Parties and Overoccupancy Policy: • If the guest violates any of our rules regarding noise, parties, or overoccupancy, and the host receives complaints from neighbors, a $500 fine will be imposed per occurrence. And considering it among other condominium units, it is surprisingly quiet and peaceful. Though the condo is two bedrooms, the home is spread out on three levels so it has a more spacious feel.
