The cameras are at the front door & in the alleyway. \- This home is situated on a main road in Del Mar, so there will be steady traffic and noise. \- The Casita is not available for this listing. \- The fireplace is not for use. \- The master bedroom and the upstairs living room both offer ocean views. CANCELLATION POLICY \- A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty, aside from a $500 restocking fee. \- Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment (not including deposit and cleaning fee). \- Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. If you wish to shorten your existing reservation with VRBKIM, and your reservation is further than 30 days away, we do charge a $100 restocking fee to make this adjustment. PARTIES & OVER OCCUPANCY POLICY If the guest violates any of our rules regarding noise, parties, or over occupancy, and the host receives complaints from neighbors, a $500 fine will be imposed per occurrence. The home is absolutely beautiful, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, even better than the photos. Every detail felt intentional and welcoming, making it easy to relax the moment we arrived.The location is unbeatable: just a short, easy walk to the beach, yet quiet and peaceful. It felt like the perfect balance of coastal charm and comfort. The space itself was bright, cozy, and incredibly well-maintained, with everything we needed for a seamless stay.The hosts were fantastic! kind, responsive, and genuinely thoughtful throughout the entire process. Communication was easy and warm, and we felt so well taken care of.This was one of those stays where you immediately start planning your return before you’ve even checked out… and we already are (eyeing a Fourth of July trip!).
