I think this is more of a German thing. Staff: needs to smile more and be more accommodating. I have only at least two staff at the reception who smiled and welcomed me the rest are miserable at reception! Room: generally new and clean. They will only clean it when you request it to be cleaned otherwise it’s more of the environmental impact that they preach. Will I come back? Probably."
