One night stay on our way south... Staff was great! Our room was definitely previously a smoking room (there were cig burns on the carpet and edge of the tub). Also, the king mattress was upside down... Like legitimately. I flipped it because it was not bi-directional. The bottom side that was initially up felt like a bare box spring. Breakfast was well stocked, but mostly breads. The shower was nice and the bathroom fan worked great so no humidity issues. We also really liked that BWW was nearby for quick dinner.

Worst breakfast selection ive had at a hotel. Expedia and hotel transaction didnt process correcrly. Noisy Room wasnt cleaned all weekend with new linens.

Found a dead bed bug. Next time I know to check everything before I stay. Had I found this when I check in I would have checked out. That's disgusting and I took a picture of the bug and showed it to the lady at the front desk her response was I'll get that out of there right away. Like ewww I felt so disgusted and like I need a shower

I would never stay here! In fact, I checked out within the first hour because the smoke smell was sooo bad! Upon walking in, the smell of cigarette smoke was thick fog. I booked this room under the impression that I was getting a non-smoking room. I hoped the overwhelming stench would be better upon the arrival to my room. I was very wrong! The cigarette smoke smell was so thick that my lungs immediately started screaming for help. I had a headache within the first 5 minutes. I was worried to even sit on the bed because I was concerned I would get bed bugs or some other disease. I think this facility has not been updated since 2000, with the exception of the TV. So disappointing! I left and slept in the hotel next door.

Main hall had a smokey, musty smell. Room was okay but run down with stained carpet, lack of outlets, etc. Bathroom fan was noisy even when not on. HVAC rattled and hummed, would definitely try elsewhere.

The carpet in the room was in dire need of replacement. Breakfast was coffee, cereal, bread, apples, and microwave waffles. There was no eggs hot or hardboiled, bacon, sausage, or biscuits and gravy. You get what you pay for.

Very friendly, my go to place to stay in defiance. Snacks in the vending machine are fair priced for sure alot cheaper than other hotels. Lots of TV channels (at least 50) TV was decent sized I would say 42" or bigger. They still have rooms that allow smoking which is few and far between. All around good place to stay for the price

Bed bugs for sure!!!
My room wasn't even cleaned. There was coffee in the coffee maker still, sheets had blood spots on them, pee on the floor, and no manager to talk to in the morning. AND my sister got bed bugs from room 215. Please find another place to stay besides this place!

I stayed here with my son but ended up leaving in the middle of the night when I discovered cockroaches in the room. The room was dirty. My son kept pointing out questionable substances on the walls. The bed seemed clean so I told him to just not touch the walls. When I saw the cockroaches, we had to leave.

The staff was kind, but the room condition was filthy. We are in town because my Grandmother is passing and honestly we were just so tired we just needed somewhere close to finally lay our heads!!!! It's the only room the site said they had available and was the closest to Granny. I don't like to make a fuss really and we was days in with barely any sleep, so we took what we could get. However, housekeeping does a terrible job at cleaning the rooms, at least the one we were in!!!! Walls were filthy, the drawer to the table had an old razor head in it, an old perfume bottle, hairs all in it, the ice bucket had hair all on it. I'm certain floors we're not swept, I truly believe the only things done was clean sheets added to the beds. The room stunk and the carpet was so stained and nasty looking. I was just so tired, we just made sure there were no bugs and cleaned the bathroom so we could use it and went to sleep. Our bodies and minds were beyond exhausted and I didn't have it in me to find another place or cause a fuss at that point. I did, however, let the front desk clerk know the next morning, it didn't seem to matter much. I really don't like to complain and felt I would just let it go, but being asked for the review, I'm not gonna say it was good. The staff was friendly and they did have coffee and breakfast out for those who wanted it the next morning, n it was only five minutes from where my Granny was, so that was my biggest concern at the moment.

Our non-smoking room had clearly been smoked in and even had burn wholes on the sheets. In-room coffee pot DID NOT work. Room was dirty and it was evident that it had not been properly cleaned.
