Very nice rooms that are comfy and have a luxurious feel. The hotel is within walking distance of the train station and many shops and restaurants. I really enjoyed my stay here!

Good location. Option to park was useful. Good sized room (deluxe). Friendly and helpful staff. Bar ran out of beer. Service at breakfast was chaotic and very disappointing.

This is a great hotel with fantastic staff, is near to the train station so easy walking distance to the train stations, the westfield mall and the Grande Place. Hotel rooms themselves are always immaculately clean, extremely comfortable and spacious. On site restaurants and bars are extremely good.

Not a five star by no stretch of imagination.
The hotel has a casino, a theatre and is in the good condition, but thats about where the 5 stars end, I would say. There is no pool, no proper spa (only two tiny rooms: one steam room and one sauna, fitting maximum two people each) and an option to have massage on the side. Being a family we have booked a suite and had a room with nice views, however there was nothing you could do with a child in this hotel, or anywhere near.. There was just a shopping mall and a busy train station nearby. I think this hotel might be suited for busy businessmen, but not for families, which is what you would expect from a five star. Also there was a terrible smell of sewage each morning in the breakfast restaurant we had no choice but ignore every day while eating our breakfast. Staff at reception and in room service is very friendly but has very limited English, so I found it hard to communicate with them. We will not be back.

It would have been so much easier to communicate with us directly during your stay or at least when you leave after a four-night stay. We would have been able to meet some of your expectations. Allow me, please, to point out a detail. I don't think you arrived at our hotel by complete chance? At no time and in any of our commercial media have we reported having a swimming pool or a children's club? The city of Lille is perfect for family outings. The heart of the city center is located just 10 minutes from the Hotel on foot. You were certainly able to realize this during your stay? Having 5 stars does not specifically mean being a family hotel.I am sorry if you found it was difficult to communicate with our teams, but we make sure that the basic English language is part of their knowledge at the time of recruitment. Two items that we'd consider standard were missing from our junior suite: a microwave and an ironing board. The hotel is near the train stations, which is convenient for travel; however, it's also near areas of town that have homeless individuals. This made walking to local restaurants feel unsafe for our family with a young child.

Unfortunately, homeless people are present everywhere in the city and its surroundings, and this, in most large cities. Nice stay
Very nice stay, comfortable and quiet rooms, right next to Lille Europe. There is a small spa area with a sauna/hammam. Only problem is that they provide disposable cups, so when we tried to ask for a real cup and spoon for our tea, they tried to make us pay 5 euros as a crockery fee.

Great stay
Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, valet parking was great and the driver put the bags in the car on departure too. No room service menu in the room and took a while to get one from reception but apart from that, everything was great. The breakfast was amazing too, one of the best hotel buffets I have been too. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Beautiful modern rooms and fantastic service. The only downaide was that despite booking 2 rooms at the same time, we were given rooms 4 floors apart, which was not ideal for a birthday celebration weekend.
