Rustic, well appointed cabin with 2000 sq ft, on the water. This place has everything you need to have a great, relaxing vacation or just a weekend getaway! Loaded with all the luxuries you require for your vacation stay. It has a living room and a den, both have LCD flat screen televisions and the downstairs den has a home theatre system. The upstairs is where you will find 2 of the 3 bedrooms and 1 of the full baths. The brand new kitchen has everything you need and more. The kitchen is combined with the dining area and living room to become one large great room. Master suite is located downstairs with en suite bathroom. Also located downstairs in the den is a beautiful stone gas fireplace and a great card table for your enjoyment. Both levels have all windows facing the water so you can enjoy the reason you came. The great walk-out floorplan allows you to walk out on large upstairs screened porch, while the downstairs puts you out onto the completely covered grilling and dining area. The property also has a boat dock. The dock has a great area for sunning and a wonderful swimming area also. TVA controls water levels on this lake. We have summer level water normally from late spring to late fall. The water is lowered during winter months for flood control. You can check TVA.gov for lake levels on Chickamauga lake. 682.5 is full summer pool. Tina was amazing and very responsive. We had a couple random issues pop up and she was easy to communicate with and quick to get things worked out without disrupting us at all. The location is great as it’s just off the main channel so was safe for kids to swim and paddle board themselves, but we were also able to kayak out to the main channel as a family. This place also has a great dock setup and the boys loved catching catfish and having a fish fry a couple nights. We loved the place and will be back soon. Thanks Tina for everything. ##### H L. Small group of father and sons stayed here for our annual get-away. Great location right on the water with a fantastic dock for my 24' boat. The owner was great to work with and communication with him was easy. The boys loved the firepit, and the screened in porch is great to avoid any evening bugs...Mid-week boat traffic was almost non-existent, so we had plenty of water time with almost no boats around. I am use to the wider part of the water system closer to Chattanooga on the Tennessee River, and the Hiwassee river is definitely narrower and more obstacles, but the area is great for tubing. ##### David C. We found that and more with the Agency Creek Cabin. The photos did not and could not capture all the warmth and charm of the home - from the screened in porch were we enjoyed morning coffee and breakfast to everyone gathering on the deck to play in the lake. Tina was amazing and quick to respond to our questions and needs - even arranging a late afternoon delivery of propane gas for the grill. Our stay at the home over the holiday weekend was an incredible family memory moment and one that we are looking forward to repeating! There is enough living space to accomadate two small families - 1 upstairs & 1 downstairs and only have to share a kitchen. Interior decorating/furnishings were beautiful (I actually took a great picture of my 8 month old in the glass bowl sink in the bathroom). Very clean! Screened in porch w/ table & chairs was wonderful for morning breakfasts overlooking the river. Backyard includes a fire-pit (unfortunatley we didn't get to use it) and a beautiful dock w/ tables and chairs - perfect area for a river lover! Owners were very friendly and helpful! We made multiple trips to Chattanooga - approx 45 min away. The owners have provide a warm atmosphere to stay in. The decor is uplifting and the property is well maintained. The location is ideal, within approxamatley 10 minutes to a nice boat ramp and a gas station, and only a few more minutes to a small grocery store. Plenty of larger tables to play board games on, both inside and outside. The dock is very nice to relax on and watch the kids swim. We did have a few observations that were area of improvement that a future guest might want to know. The screened in deck did not keep the bugs out at night, but after sometime if they go too bad we just moved indoors. The upstairs beds had hard matresses. And of most impactful, the walkout basement flooded one night. There was an extremely bad rain storm that evening, and water leaked from the wall, which is the side dug into the hill. The owners were extremely attentive to our needs and ensured our comfort. The water was addressed the next morning and cleaned up before we returned from the lake the next day (this water issue would not stop us from renting the property again).. ##### Michael R. Beautiful clean house with a large yard and great dock. The A/C worked well which was important during our stay. The internet was spotty and the cell service is best on the dock and on the water. My only suggestion is a sign marking the address on the driveway gate. We all fell in love with Toby the neighborhood lab, who would visit us daily. ##### Jason M. Internet was disappointing but everything else was great. Dock was great to sit at and chat with adult beverages. We will be back at some point. Russ and Tina answered any questions promptly. The Hiwasee River was very expansive!! Fishing wasn't spectacular, I think we were a few weeks late or a couple early!! I did however catch my personal best bass, 5.36# !!! It had everything we needed and it was peaceful, quiet, and relaxing. The owners are fabulous and were readily available, if needed. Very cozy accommodations for our party of six. Secluded but close enough to anything needed. Great outdoor space when weather permits. Kitchen was well stocked with any cooking items one might need (discovered an amazing new to me blender to put on my wish list). The house was very clean and looked just like the photos. My only complaint was the internet connection. It was not good,!in fact it was terrible. The entire stay I wasn’t able to make or get a phone call. I would have given 5 stars if this wasn’t an issue. Everything else was great. If you don’t need to use your phone then this place will be perfect for you. The river was even low and we caught some fish. ##### Alice C. We spent a lot of our time on the water and on the boat dock and thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it.
