Within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. Surprisingly quiet room despite that and the number of people staying. Very comfortable bed and great size room (deluxe). Would have liked biscuits and better mugs with our tea facilities (small with poor handles). Fab bathroom and lotions. Delicous local places for breakfast at a quarter of the price. Would stay there again if visiting Manchester.

Stayed one night at the midland meeting an old friend. Very comfy room. Room 106 has a wet room for those people that fine it difficult getting in and out of the bath. I asked for a room with a shower on my booking form and the request was actioned. Love the fact that they have different pillows on the bed for the customers comfort.
Everything is provided in the room. Hairdryer iron trouser press.
I paid £17 for breakfast bit steep bit normal price for hotels of this standard. Food was tasty. I asked for two poached eggs and they were lovely. All in all a very enjoyable stay.

Me and my wife stopped here on Thursday 29th July 2016 as a surprise for her birthday and wedding anniversary, the reception staff were lovely and when they learnt we would be checking out early (5am) to travel to London they arranged a boxed breakfast and a taxi for us. Unfortunately the breakfast never materialized (maybe a miscommunication between shifts of staff?) but the taxi was there promptly.
I had booked an executive room on the 18th floor and upon arrival was not disappointed with the bottle of Prosecco and cakes that were waiting for us when we arrived.
We made use of the executive lounge which was really nice and has excellent views of Manchester, the free alcholic drinks and nibbles between 6&8pm was a nice touch.
We also visited Cloud23 which is well worth a visit if you are visiting for a special occasion.
Thanks everybody at the Hilton.
