Generally lovely but a few things for improvement
We had a really lovely time on our single night stay. It's a fabulous location overlooking the sea. The room was spacious and well decorated and equipped. Loved having an enormous bathroom with bath and shower. On the not so good side... There isn't double glazing so traffic going past is quite loud. With that, the creaking floorboards from above and the noise from the corridor it wasn't the quietest of rooms. The king-size bed was actually two single beds joined together which were slightly mismatched in height and quality which was a shame. We seemed to have a room equipped for wheelchair users and consequently had an accessible shower. I don't understand why accessible showers end up being ugly and old fashioned looking. Too much white plastic! We had breakfast where the service was lovely. They had a vegetarian breakfast (a bit stingy on the baked beans!) but sadly not good options for vegans. A little more thought and care needed on that one as vegan sausages are easy to get hold of and with some spinach and perhaps more mushrooms and beans it needn't be an issue. These were really only minor things which could be easily improved. I only mention because we paid a premium price for the night.
