Anonymous, Thank you for the review. I'm sorry to hear that experienced this issue during your stay. I agree bed comfort is of utmost importance when it comes to hotel stays. Our property is under new ownership as of June 2022. They are invested in renovating and improving the property. This involves replacing all mattresses (when the budget allows) as well as many other improvements which have already begun. Again sorry for your inconvenience. We hope to see you again soon, so you can experience more of the new upgrades we will be completing.

Marilyn, As you stated we do offer all of the kitchen items you mentioned, for sale in our MyStore. We have plastic cutlery available upon request as well. The reason these items don't come pre stocked in each room, is we do not have an efficient and affordable way to resupply these items after each guests stay. As well most of our guests do not use these items, however the guests who may need them, can find them in our MyStore. Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts.

Cameo,Our breakfast option does unfortunately come at an additional cost. This is to avoid unnecessary cost for guests who do not use /consume breakfast. At other locations the cost of that extra amenity would be worked into the price for all guests stays. Other than the breakfast we are glad to hear you enjoyed stay with us.
