"This hotel is very quiet, with lots to do on the premises. The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The rooms are wonderful. They have darkening drapes, fluffy pillows, a small fridge and a safe. There are three indoor pools, an exercise room, sauna, massage room, Karaoke and bowling room. There is a casino as well. This is a great hotel to stay in that is in a nice quiet part of a small town. "

Dinners were good. First night staff was attentive but second night staff was not on top of things and seemed out of synch. "

The amenities were great too. The self-service food market on the second floor was really convenient, and the gym was a nice bonus.
The location is perfect, right in the heart of Rotterdam with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transport. I was able to walk to most of the main sights, which made my trip even more enjoyable.
