Cozy apartment in front of the Town Hall and the park "Potiniere". Very nice terrace fully oriented to the south. Favorable location 200 m from the beach and 500 m from the commercial centre.Located on the 2nd floor with elevator. 2 bathrooms (1 with bath and toilet, 1 with shower). 2nd toilet separate. The underground parking is definitely an asset. Carpet-free.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

We hebben echt genoten van ons verblijf in Parkhouse B201, De locatie is gewoon perfect, op slechts een korte wandeling naar het strand en lokale winkels, Het appartement was super schoon en had alles wat we nodig hadden voor een comfortabel verblijf, Ik vond het vooral fijn om twee badkamers te hebben, dat maakte het gemakkelijk voor ons om ons 's ochtends klaar te maken, De ondergrondse parkeergelegenheid was ook een levensredder, geen gedoe met het vinden van een plek! De WiFi was af en toe een beetje traag, maar we hadden er niet veel last van omdat we druk bezig waren met het verkennen van De Haan, Zou zeker terugkomen!
