Ground floor apartment, located in a small residence. Located only 50m from the beach.Enjoy a south-facing terrace and a sunny enclosed private garden. The private garage box is an extra asset. The apartment has every comfort, 2 bedrooms, 1 with an ensuite shower room, separate bathroom and a 2nd separate toilet. Spare folding bed on wheels for a 5th person. Pet not allowed.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
