The owners were very likable and made every effort to make my stay enjoyable. They are dog friendly and Gracie really loved all the attention. The breakfasts were yummy… homemade scones and muffins, quiche and cowboy scramble 😊 I would definitely stay there again if in New Smyrna
Dave and Natalie were fabulous hosts. They were interested in making sure our visit was memorable. The property is lovely, breakfasts were delicious and staff was sincerely gracious. Definitely will return.
Best bed and breakfast I have ever been to. Close to everything in New Smyrna, the staff makes you feel like family and it is very warm and cozy in its feel.
Was welcomed instantly as we pulled in. Was given a tour right away. Very clean and everyone was very friendly. I definitely recommend staying here. Food was amazing too.

Thank you! Please come stay again soon, David & Nathalie :)
My stay was spectacular. Lots to do there and such a welcoming place to stay, not to mention delicious breakfast with great service. Loved sitting on their dock watching boaters and fishermen and diving pelicans. Also saw a couple dolphins. Wonderful hosts at Night Swan.

Thank you for the wonderful review!! Please come see us again soon. :)
Wonderful Bed and Breakfast in a great location close to shopping, restaurants and beach. Hosts are super-friendly, and breakfast was excellent. We will be back!
Very much enjoyed my stay at the Night Swan . The house is beautiful, my room was comfortable, the food was great and the staff was wonderful. Highly recommend this B&B!
We were texted by the owner to keep the noise levels down. We were just talking at normal indoor levels. The walls are paper thin.
A complaint came in from another room and instead of the owner investigating the issue, he just assumed that we were being too loud.
Bottom line is that a room for rent should not have a “whisper only” policy. The thickness of the walls isn’t my problem and a reasonable person would not have texted somebody to keep it down when no yelling, stomping, or disruptive behavior is occurring.

This review is absolutely not accurate. You returned to our Bed and Breakfast well past midnight with no respect for anyone in the house. You had a very drunk friend you were carrying and then stomped up to the third floor. You actually left the front door to your room open for a while during your drunk conversations. We were contacted by a guest on the same floor and responded accordingly to ask your party of four to call it a night. Our goal is to offer a comfortable and safe environment for all our guests. The early morning hour and condition of you and your friends was unacceptable. I'll stand by our text asking you to call it a night.
We paid over 250 per night for a crawl space attic made over into a bedroom. The actual ceiling was slopped downward over the bed so much so that I could not stand up straight to get in bed or to leave bed. I literally had to bend over to get in and out of bed. The entire staff is very friendly.
In the end, they offered my a credit to return instead of discounting my current bill. I was disappointed as I have never paid top $$ for a room I could not stand straight up in. I have never stayed in BnB before and I perhaps should have looked into an extended stay or a something a bit cheaper. The reviews were amazing and yet my room was all the way to the roof of the house and I had to walk 3 to 4 flights of winding stairs to get to the room. The downstairs is set up like a beautiful living room and The whole things was very weird.

Good Morning Rene, thank you for your review. I responded to your wife's request for a larger room first thing in the morning when asked, unfortunately we were unable to accommodate as we were completely booked. We have 16 rooms at the property, some very large suites with river front views, which I am sure would have been more in line with your expectations.
Currently, in New Smyrna Beach, you can pay upwards of $400.00 a night for a king size hotel room. The Night Swan has chosen to leave its rooms at our normal published yearly rates despite the current demand.
As our reviews reflect, we pride ourselves in delivering great service to our guests and a comfortable environment. We cannot however change the size of our rooms or match a particular taste without some prior conversation with our guests which we did not have with you or your wife. Your room, The Live Oak, is located on the third floor, three flights of stairs, there is actually an attic above. It is what I would call a cozy European style room with a private bath. We picture each of our rooms directly on our website for guests to review prior to booking.
The gift certificate was an honest and genuine gesture to invite you back and for you to enjoy a larger suite with more amenities upon a future stay. We would welcome a return visit and the chance to show you one of our large suite rooms with direct views of the waterway. I invite you to ask for me personally, David Glenn.
What a great little BNB we came across with the Night Swan! The host Dan was as hospitable and friendly as they come as he showed us to our room. The breakfast was a breakfast burrito and they knocked it out of the park. Superb! I would highly recommend you give the place a stay!

Thank you! Nathalie does all the cooking, and I agree she does a great job, we are pleased you enjoyed your stay! Thanks again for the feedback, David & Nathalie :)
Wonderful bed and breakfast. It has a great location and beautiful property. The breakfast was delicious! The couple who owned the place were very friendly and so sweet. We stayed in the live oak room and I would probably stay in a different room for our next stay. Unfortunately it was the only one available when we went. It was very clean and nice but we could hear other rooms from ours. Besides that it was a great place and we can’t wait to visit again.

Thank you for the feedback, we do have plenty of other rooms available, 16 total, with more privacy and amenities. We'll venture to add a little more sound proofing to Live Oak if possible. Kind Regards, David and Nathalie :)
I loved the location, the dock to watch the sunrise over the intercoastal, the breakfasts were great, the hosts were friendly, nice, attentive. Our room was a good size, with a sitting porch, there is a shared kitchen with all of the necessities. Would definitely go back
Best B&B experience ever. From the view in the beautiful wrap around front porch with plenty of comfy seating to the absolutely delicious breakfast made from scratch that morning to the comfortable beds and pillows this stay will be a very tough one to beat. The hosts were so nice and accommodating.
This B&B is a beautiful and comfortable southern home with multiple rooms, beautiful furnishings and decor. The staff was friendly and helpful and the house always smelled amazing as they cooked and prepped for breakfast and treats. I was traveling alone and I, most importantly, wanted to feel safe. I sure did! I will definitely be back!
David and Nathalie are excellent hosts! They define what hospitality should look like. We felt like we were visiting old friends from the moment we walked in the door. The property is beautiful and the complimentary ice cream is a touch I haven't seen anywhere else :-)

Love this place! We were immediately welcomed by David and Natalie and made to feel very special. Our room was just beautiful. The whole place is meticulously cared for and loved. They really pay attention to many small details, including remembering ALL the guests by name. If you have the chance to book the South River view room, the balcony is a nice feature. The sun greeted us from bed. The courtyard area made it easy to mingle with other guests if we wanted to. It was like a home away from home (except that we were being pampered by amazing hosts)! A wonderful experience from start to finish! Of note, Natalie made sure to have food each morning that fit my dietary restrictions. That was a real treat
Beautiful accommodations and wonderful staff. There are many great options for restaurants close by and the breakfast offered every morning, as part of your stay, is fresh and delicious. Perfect for a romantic little getaway right on the intracoastal.
I was there for a family matter. The owners made my stay a good one, great breakfast and friendly. Because this is a B&B with rooms on second and third floor I would not recommend for seniors with problems with stairs. Otherwise I would give a high recommendation. Great location. Better for couples or multiple friends getaway than for a single person.
Charming little B&B on the intercoastal. The staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were spotless and comfortable. Loved the view of the sunrise from the front porch. LOVED this place!! And plan to stay here again one day soon.
