Rooms not clean. I found food on the floor next to the bed as soon as I walked in. I was able to change rooms but saw a difference in furniture and bedding. Renovations done poorly in rooms. Random paint in places it shouldn’t be like the bathroom door or balcony curtains. Pillows were random and unsubstantial. Bedding including mattress topper were hot. Staff were very accommodating and nice. Breakfast was awesome. Restaurant and bar inside is misleading. No beach access or pool. Plenty of parking.

No water pressure whatsoever, cannot say this enough. The sink had significantly higher water pressure and volume than the shower. Literally worst shower I’ve ever seen. Also had the loudest refrigerator that buzzed nonstop. AC didn’t work very well either

The garbage can at the entrance to the hotel was overflowing with garbage. There was barely any place for our dog to use the bathroom outside. The pet fee was not disclosed until we checked in. People were smoking marijuana in the elevator and balcony. Parking was limited. Lightbulbs in the room were burned out. The lobby area was not well maintained and seemed dirty. Definitely not the standard that we’re accustomed to from the Hyatt brand.

Stayed one night. The room seems older and needs some renovations but it was clean. The views of the beach from the room was nice. We knew the pool and decks outside are all out of service, bet we were told that in advance and was the reason the price was lower than usual.

The hotel advertised pool , hot spa, but there was no pool or hot spa or access to the beach that is lying to customers. Elevators were dirty. No chairs on the balcony to enjoy the view, the sofa cushions fabric was rip in bad shape it was broken. The staff were very nice, breakfast was nice. Parking was OK. Location was ok.

We stayed a week at the Hyatt- Daytona. The hotel was very clean and the staff was amazing. The breakfast spread was delicious with a lot of options and also fresh hot coffee and juice. Even with the pool and access to the beach closed we were still able to enjoy ourselves. My only complaint would be the beds are very uncomfortable.

Before we booked we reviewed the pictures and they were nice. “Looks can be deceiving “. We arrived to the hotel and it smelled spoiled and moldy. 1. We were not aware that the pool and jacuzzi was not available and when we got to the rooms, it smelled very bad to the point we had to sleep with the sliding door open, the pull out sofa felt wet and smelled weird. There was trash left on the floor ( cleaners did not clean it good) and we caught the cleaners the following morning throwing trash over the balcony. Unpleasant experience and we want a refund.

Very comfortable
I really enjoyed my stay. Decided to take a self care trip, and chose this hotel for the amenities offered. Unfortunately, the pool, spa and access to the beach wasn't available, so I was slightly disappointed. Also, my room was directly across from the ice machine which was very loud, but I didn't let that bother me. I kept my balcony door open for most of the day just to hear the waves. The staff was very nice and accommodating, and the hotel was very clean despite the current renovations. I highly recommend and will definitely visit again.
