Included in your stay are all the resort-style amenities at Sand Dollar Condominiums such as an on-site fitness room, sprawling oceanfront sun deck, community room, oceanfront heated (seasonally) pool with hot tub, 2 saunas, and secure garage parking.

When you enter this unit the direct, oceanfront views will take your breath away! The oceanfront balcony can be accessed from the living room as well as the primary bedroom. The living room includes comfortable leather furnishings, a large flat-screen television, and stunning oceanfront views. The kitchen comes fully stocked for all your cooking needs and overlooks the dining area with seating for 4 as well as two additional bar stools. This condo also includes a convenient laundry room in the unit.

The oceanfront primary suite hosts a king bed, flat screen television, and large closets. The adjoining primary bathroom contains a vanity and large walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, flat-screen television, and double closet.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After booking, Oceans Luxury Vacations will reach out to you via email in order to obtain a photo ID and an e-sign rental agreement. If you book a reservation anywhere other than AirBNB and your arrival date is 14 days away or less at booking, we do also need a photo of you holding your ID in order to verify your identity and prevent fraud.
