Door lock hardly latch, i have to lift the door up to make it latch. Place smells bad. Next door has dig that barks loudly. Hallway floor is filthy.

The room was very simpile, it was clean, towel were great. Nothing in the kitchen drawers, need tv guide on paper or a welcome packet in the room to let you know what is around like... restaurants to activities.

No amenities in room except a bar of soap. No utensils, paper products, coffee, etc. When I asked, the excuse was “Since Covid we don’t stock anything…”. Not even a wrapped drinking cup. Nor a television remote. Ugh. Very disappointing.

We arrived to a room that had not been cleaned from the previous occupant. We were told they had no other room available for us. They made no offer to clean the room or to find us another place to stay.

When we checked in a room it was smelly and look like someone has slept in the bed. I went to the staff and told them about the condition they put us in another room which was larger when we got there the bed was unmade and they had a bottle of wine on the table. It was not clean. The cleaning person apologized and I helped her clean and make the bed. I would never stay in this place again. The coffee machine wasn't working the door that you have to come in, you can't use your key. When we checked out at 8:30am on Sunday 9th there was no one at the front desk. I had to pick up the phone and let them know that we were leaving. I have never experienced nothing like this in my life. Before I left I sanitize and clean the room.

Absolutely abysmal stay. I came to the hotel, which smelled distinctly like a smoker's house best way I can describe, and was given a key to my first room. I go in to the first one to find the bed hadn't been washed, strange stains and the bathroom was a mess. I go to get my changed out for a new room. The second time I had taken a picture of it below as it was similarly absolutely messed up, with the added bonus of wet towels on the bathroom floor and strange stain / smell. By third time I had gotten a room that at least didn't look completely god awful, but there was still the smell and it was kind of a scary area to be quite honest. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, if I didn't have to stay up there for the week of work I sure as hell would've took off day one. 0/5 stars absolutely abysmal

The room smelled like smoke, was dirty, left over wash cloth from previous people staying in room on the shower curtain rod, bed sheet had a stain on it, AC unit had candy stuffed inside, the hallway stunk of smoke. Don’t recommend staying here to anyone.

This property is not livable. We spent there 1 h, got bitten by some bugs and had to run from this hotel. In addition, the toilet was dirty, the bed did not have any headboard, a nightstand was missing on one side of the bed, internet could not be located by iPhone nor MacBook. The hotel agreed to refund the payment.

Definitely didn’t look like the website. Got a contact buzz from marijuana just walking in the doors, room was dirty, stains on walls, no soap, no shampoo and only 1 towel, couldn’t get clean towels cause they didn’t have any. Ice machine was out of order and garbage bags were left outside by every entrance. I cleaned the room immediately upon arrival because it was dirty, good thing I brought my own cleaning supplies because the housekeeping only comes around once a week! I guess the saying “ You get what you pay for” is right. We did meet a great couple that were making food for people in the parking lot, they were extremely friendly and the smoked meats were amazing! Other than that it was a total disappointment. Do yourself a favor, pay the extra money for a different hotel

Absolutely horrible. We checked in about 1030p. There was no toilet tissue in the room. When we asked for toilet tissue and towels the front desk man asked us " is this a necessity?" We replied YES! There were cigarette burns in the comforter. Carpet and toilet were notably dirty. We had to purchase lysol and clean the room. When we checked out we asked for a receipt and again encountered resistance from the staff. What in the hell are yall doing down there. Worst hotel and service ever. We will never stay here again.

This hotel is basically a low-income apartment building. We arrived at just after 10pm. The door to the lobby was locked and the metal barrier was down at the check-in desk with no one present. Our handicapped room we reserved had been given away, though we had reserved it for 3 days. The next room we were given had people in it already. The 3rd room was larger, but one bed had hair and crumbs on the sheets and different hair on the blankets. The other was clean. A poopy washcloth was in the drawer. The 'fully-equipped" kitchen had absolutely nothing and the front desk, again locked, said we could get nothing until 9am, but our conference began at 8:30. The coffee pots in the lobby had been stolen. Several people were walking around in their pjs or bare-chested. There is no breakfast. One of the chairs was missing from our room and the hairdryer did not work. No shampoo or lotion or tissues in the room. The Waffle House across the street had been shot up the day before we arrived and our third night, 3 police cars were there for a domestic violence case. The barrier at the front desk opens and closes whenever they arrive, not at regular hours, and not at 9am. Since there was only one pillow for each queen bed, I asked for another. They only had one but no pillowcases so they gave me a sheet to wrap it in, but it had blood stains on it. Choose somewhere else to stay if you can.

My first impression was that the room was very clean. However, someone else I work with noted that the toilet was not clean. I did see quite a bit of animal feces and urine in the snow on both sides of the front entrance. I arrived at 7:15 am and the doors were locked and a barrier pulled down at the front door. I would have thought this would be a busy time for checkout and arrival of the cleaning staff. Not to mention "breakfast." I could hear the TV was on in the lobby and there was a pot of coffee on the burner, but the impression I got was that these had been left on all night. Another guest commented on how "large" the room was compared to the one she was staying in. Had been in a room at a different hotel the night before with 50 percent more floor space, for approximately the same price. If this was a large room, not interested in seeing the rest.
