I was dining in one night, and they would took dishes or objects in front of me, but without asking me first, which is rude. The guys at front door area were nice but their uniform were loose and unfit, no spiritual expression. Plus , they were a little old, although this is not an important issue. The hotel check in and check out service were excellent. People were polite, efficient, and very accurate! I rate them the best! Too many tourists were taking photos in the lobby, and they are too loud. A customer"

Car parking is included in room rates, but the car park is opposite connected by an overhead bridge. Carrefour is not too far away.
