"A modern fresh and clean hotel. Very quiet, really comfy beds, large television and a great assortment of tea and coffee options in the room Including tea bags, coffee bags, fruit tea and hot chocolate and biscuits. My one improvement would be to have the same extensive range of drinks at breakfast instead of just normal tea and various coffee options "

Everyone was genuinely friendly, welcoming, Check-in was smooth, and throughout our stay the team was professional, attentive, and made us feel well taken care of. The location was another highlight. It’s in a great spot with easy access to the city centre, shops, restaurants, and public transport, making it convenient to explore Leeds on foot. It’s an excellent base. Close to the train station.I’d definitely stay here again."
