First the staff are excellent, every single person that works at the Hyatt is friendly, helpful, just amazing all around. The food is the best though, in all the restaurant on property. Their food is fresh, delicious, they use local produce to make the meals. I travelled extensively and The Hyatt Dar Es Salaam was one of the best places i have stayed because the people made the experience AMAZING.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Especially the reception staff. I have to mention the two staff by their names Rehema and Shaban at the reception desk they were amazing, welcoming and very friendly. I had an amazing experience at the Hyatt. I will definitely come back.

They forgot to charge us for a few food items, and proceeded to call/email/text us about the $35 charge about 8 times in the timespan of an hour. Ridiculous. Our room was also dirty and damaged.

Excellent stay in a lovely hotel
After a few small issues lat time this visit was faultless. The staff were excellent. Vasilliki on reception, Leah in housekeeping and Whitney on the breakfast egg station excelled. The quality of the food was superb and they has a lovely roof bar overlooking the harbour. It is my hotel of choice in Tanzania
