Property offers minimal number of small towels. No shampoo or body wash other than a small piece of soap. The one main air conditioner in the living room area is very old and ondol rooms do mot have any A/C. I travel every weekends with my family and this place does not constitute the price. Hallway carpets are very dirty as well. Avoid if you can.

후기중에 청결하지 못하다, 소음이 심하다는 글이 많아서 걱정했습니다. 저도 예민한 편이라서 .. 그런데 일단 체크인 할 때부터 스태프 분들도 너무 친절하시고 침구, 화장실 정말 깨끗했습니다. 소음은 창문 밖 도로에서 나오는 차 소음 정도였습니다. 그나마 출퇴근 시간 제외하고는 잘 안 들렸구요. 다음에 또 가겠습니다. 좋은 추억 만들어 주셔서 감사합니다

It was a good place, spacious, clean and comfortable bed. I just hope we can still access A/C even if it is winter. We cannot sleep in a very warm room. The bedroom can be very humid because of the floor heater. We had to open our porch door to have some air, but the smoking room neighbors and the noise of the road did not make our bed time restful. Other than those things the place is recommendable.

Having a stove was nice. Everything was very dirty. The walls were gross. The rooms are not soundproof. No one speaks English, and they don’t have anything translated into English.

The maple rooms were a great size: two bedrooms, a living room with a kitchen and a private bathroom. The beds were hard, but I think that is common in South Korean hotels. All the staff were lovely.

We were presented with vitamin C
There we stayed for one night. Doorman presented us with a small bottle with a yummy liquid containing vitamin C.

They got promotion blakfast before we have arrived there but the blakfast was too much terrible to all Asian and also there was no mark name of food infront. I dont understand still why they did so??

room is big enough~ convenient store with many choices is in the ground floor~ ski shop also available in the hotel that makes more convenient for skiing preparation~ shuttle bus the high1 ski house takes just 5 minutes~ we had good time here~

Ski Trip to High 1
Stayed here one a recent ski trip to High 1, close to the slopes ,(5min drive) and was satisfied overall with the hotel. Very good price, comfortable, and clean. Would definitely stay again.

Could be better - but room was good
Rooms are in good condition. Hotel lobby isn’t. No frills hotel, no bath towels, room cleaning is once per week (doesn’t include dish washing). Frequent shuttle to high 1, but taxis are hard to get. Nobody speaks English. Bring your own Korea adapters, they won’t Loan you any.

Reasonable place to rest near High1 & Gangwon Land
The smallest room (21PY size) was good enough four four people to sleep in as long as the Korean style was chosen. Our family had a good night's sleep there. We used the kitchen utensils and wares provided to make breakfast, although the resort did provide breakfast for a fee. Ski slopes and casino are quite nearby, so this place was a nice spot to stay without breaking the bank.

Charged Extra for Room "With a Bed"
Noise may be a terrible problem for you. I heard a group downstairs (I think four floors down as I was on the 9th) chanting and banging the floor, perhaps 200 people, like a bar watching a soccer game. Unbelievable. And then there's the train that runs a stone's throw away. Stay on the front side or upper floors. Hairs... Use a vacuum!!! Although when booking the options for my room there was no mention of "Room without bed" or "tatami room," those were the only options I was given when I came to check in. It felt like an intentional bait-and-switch. I showed them my reservation saying "single or double bed room" and they just persisted until I knew it was faster to pay the money for an "upgrade" and leave an honest review. I must give the hotel only one star because the check-in error or their bad configuration on this website over a measly $30 and felt like just a two-bit scam. Their reply email was apologetic but did nothing to fix their error. The rooms feel is designed for very Korean style close-knit family vacationing. If you want amenities or turn-key feeling, go somewhere else. This is not it. You will be best off if you really like cooking and traveling like a camper. The resort is at the end of a quiet, somewhat abandoned feeling neighborhood (this is old coal country). Don't worry about safety, but it's not the place that you walk out the front door and have some things to do. Only about 20min walk to High1 nonetheless.

가성비 딱 가격만큼입니다.
그냥 가성비 입니다. 1층로비는 치킨 연기로 메케한게 조금 별로 였으며, 객실수에 비해 엘리베이터가 너무 부족해서 줄을 서야 하거나 계단을 이용해야 합니다. 주차공간은 적당하구요! 객실은 청결은 그저그렇습니다. 잠만 잘꺼라면 가성비로 나쁘지 않습니다.
