When our car didn't start the staff was not very helpful. No one ever asked if we needed anything (and yes they could see us we were parked in handicapped space right in front of the door).

The stay was fine. Some one at hotels. Com booked the wrong room but the hotel worked with us and was able to get one that would work..

After booking this hotel online I was skeptical. I didn't know anything about Danville or this hotel. When I arrived for check-in I was treated kindly, and upon entering my room found it very clean and comfortable. I will definitely return.

Great hotel for the price

This hotel goes beyond the expectations for the price paid. It was decently priced, the staff was friendly, and the room clean. For a business trip where luxury was't the primary focus, it satisfied all needs and gave a few bonuses.

Only nice thing about this hotel was Virginia at the front desk. Hotel was sketchy and a dive.

I expected better

Pros: The housekeeping and the proximity to restaurants.
Cons: The quality and attentiveness to detail by the front desk. For guest staying more than a day or two, at least the cereal options could be changed.
Location: The location was fine. I was there for a specific reason and did not pursue activities.
In reading reviews on line I read that the hotel had been remodeled and the room were very nice. Unfortunately this must not have included the third floor or the smoking rooms as there were still stains in the bath and holes in the carpet from cigarette burns. Other than that it was acceptable. The housekeeping staff was excellent and I even left a tip. The front desk though, was marginal. I was there for five days and had my very best clothes with me. When I asked for a few extra hangers, there "were none available". This is the first hotel that has told me that, as I am usually given as many as I can use. I had to buy some on my own. The last night I was there I asked for a 6:30 wake up call so I could catch my plane. I did not receive that wake up call. I was an hour late getting to the airport and started off a stressful day with a very stressful situation. This was the first time this has ever happened in any hotel domestic or foreign. I was particularly upset with what I believe was a dirty rag which smelled of cleaner left in the elevator one afternoon and was not remove until the next day.
