Like most places in Vietnam, maintenance is a bit of an issue. However, breakfast was great and staff were truly helpful and friendly. Rooms were comfortable and clean.
Hotel was very close to shops, restaurants, Train Street and the lake.

"Could not recommend this hotel more. Arriving at midnight after a long sleeper bus with no cash to pay my driver the night shift baggage handler happily stepped in to pay half. I could not be more thankful and recommend this place more."
