I had a wonderful stay at this location. The gentleman checking me (3pm) in was extremely polite. The rooms were pristinely clean. I do wish they had a shuttle to them Brewster train station, but the front desk agent said I could speak to the manager and they would try and accomdate the request. I ended up taking a Lyft since I had a promotional code and the cost was reasonable. Would definitely stay here again!

Hotel Zero Degrees is a beautiful, super clean hotel with wonderful staff but a bit on the noisy side at night. Our stay was just one night.

Easy check in and they helped me with a birthday surprise package for my partner. The hotel lobby was beautiful and very spacious. Our room was very nice and bed was comfortable. Staff were very nice and accommodating. Will definitely stay here again when in the area.

Really nice new-ish looking hotel, fantastic restaurant, comfortable, quiet rooms. Compared to the Hilton Garden Inn Danbury, this place was like a luxury hotel, and the cost was basically the same. We’ll definitely stay here again!

Outstanding property that has modern but comfortable feel. Rooms have high ceiling and indirect lighting that compliments the decor. Bar and restaurant have above average selections and there is a comprehensive wine selection!

What an unexpected find in the middle of Connectivut! We felt like we were in a cool Soho hotel, or in a modern Aspen retreat. The roos are huge, very well appointed and the bedding is comfortable. The thermostat was accurate and we were able to control the temp well. The bar is kinda sexy (if a bar area can be suvh) and the sofas in fromt of the fireplace ar4e a perfect place for sipping wine. All in all, a wonderful stay!

Hotel was well staffed and clean. New hotel. Complimentary breakfast was nice with several options. Room was clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was good size. Nice towels. Small frig in Room and coffee/teamaker. TV was rather small no streaming options on the TV. Bring a Roku stick if you want to stream. They do allow dogs in the hotel. We had one next door and he barked at night and had an accident in the hallway. Hotel should place guests with dogs at the far end of the hotel.

Very nice hotel but they are always short on facecloths. This happened last time we stayed there. Don’t under stand how a very nice hotel doesn’t have enough face cloths. Staff was very nice especially cleaning staff.

Just a bit strange. Thanksgiving so the restaurant was closed, staff didn't know what restaurants in the area were open, hotel did nothing to accommodate. Breakfast felt very perfunctory, prepackaged pastries, defrosted bagels. Room was huge, mattress lumpy. Good value if considering size but you lose out on amenities. Seems like an inexperienced management team more than anything

We had a wonderful stay and the room was clean and had a lovely view. Staff was friendly and professional. HVAC in room was inconsistent, so we turned it off over night. It would randomly turn to AC even though it was 40F outside. Gym equipment needs to be updated, treadmills do not incline, all cardio machines were on the tired side! I will definitely stay here again and recommend this property.

Clean but service issues
The hotel itself was nice. I just wish that the pet policy was clearer on the website. We did not realize it was so expensive. We would have looked elsewhere if I had known how crazy that fee would be. I also had issues with the credit hold. They screwed up the charge and hold and now I have a $900 hold on my card because of their mistake. I will not be staying here again.
