Bedrooms were nice size, kitchen was very spacious with what seemed to be recent updates, nice size washer and dryer, living room was big and decent size deck with furniture. What wasn’t explained was you have to climbed not one but two flights of stairs, the first flight was cement second flight seemed dangerous. They were wooden narrow and first step was built over cement and was a tripping hazard. We only got 1 parking space with 3 couples staying, street parking was very limited so you may not even be parking near the house. The property is what Southern California is all about! It's lovely, spacious and newly appointed on the inside, with the typical older building quirks of SoCal (slanted ceilings, VERY steep stairs leading to the front door, close by other neighbors). Gorgeous kitchen, very comfortable beds too. The host was very friendly and quickly responsive to some needs that we had. The only caution I would make would be that the stairs leading to the front door are very steep and narrow, so small children or people with strength/mobility issues may have some difficulty, but our party of 6 middle-aged adults did just great.
