"Bed linens are not cleaned.After requesting so many times, they changed the linens. They showed the accommodation to our driver, but when he came back to sleep, that place was taken by someone else and after requesting, they arranged a bed but asked my driver to sleep without a blanket in the middle of night. Horrible experience. Not recommending this place at all."

"The hotel has wrong address mentioned which is helping them to get booking even for different location. The front desk incharge along with General Manager of the hotel are cheat. Despite several requests they gave their full effort to charge us even knowing that they have mentioned wrong address and due to which booking was made there. They aren't cooperative at all. "The Taj met all of my expectations and way beyond. From the Senior Manager to the Duty Manager Mrs Urva all was splendid. Chu at the spa is an incredible masseuse. I felt extremely relaxed. The gentleman Kishan who serves tea is so effulgent with his smile and loving attitude. I must say my favorite person was Birmal Darnal. He was so animated and made me feel so welcome. Shout out to the housekeeping staff and the restaurant. I love it hete"
