Overpriced, lacks customer service
This hotel is way too overpriced and really lacks in customer service. I've never been to a place that is so disorganized and ridiculous about do not disturb being on for two days in a row. Seriously, rude hotel staff that need to check their entitled attitudes. I paid for the room, and I DO NOT need to let you into it if i do not feel the need to. Even when I had my room on make up room, the cleaners never came on time, I always had to call housekeeping to get someone to clean my room. So in the whole week I stayed my room was cleaned once due to the disorganization and confusion within the hotel. Don't bother booking a stay with this place, it may look nice, but the service is awful.
