"Nice clean and well-kept room Very friendly and welcoming staff Dinner was absolutely awesome, dined in the estate room and was blown away with the quality and presentation of the food, the waiter was very attentive Huge comfortable bed in a decent sized room Complimentary biscuits No bathrobes in the room, which would normally be expected in Spa hotel, however the Spa was in a separate building so this maybe why. Decent sized en-suite with a large bath Good amount of parking spaces overlooking the Loch"

The atmosphere was quiet and peaceful – perfect for a relaxing getaway. Every member of the staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Both dinner and breakfast were absolutely delicious, with a great selection of dishes prepared to a high standard. One of the highlights for me was the incredible selection of whiskeys – a real treat to enjoy while unwinding in the evening. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, tranquility, and top-notch hospitality. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!"

"The saff were wonderful and welcoming! Rooms very nice and clean! With all you need. Excellent service from the breakfast staff! And our vegetarian breakfast was tasty and filling. There was also pleanty of options to choose from. Only one thing i would say needs improvement are some furnishings are running the overall aesthetics due too large chps on the table and cubards. We got to stay for two nights at a very good price! We eally enjoyed our stay! And would definitely stay again. "

"We were on a long drive home from the North Coast to Edinburgh and decided late to give up and spend the night in Aviemore. This was perfect, lovely hotel, great service, excellent filling breakfast included. And perfect location for heading up to the Cairngorm Mountain Railway the next day. "

"Old school stately charm, the staff make an effort to provide a luxurious experience in this historically grand hotel. Great to have a bathtub, bathrooms have been renovated. Treats and coffee/tea provided in the room. Friendly and cozy pub for visitors and locals with full menu available. Grand, formal dining room and halls for guests. Typical Scottish decor, plaid carpets with random sections of scenic wallpaper amid beautiful old woodworking. Apparently Queen Victoria stayed here while in Kingussie! We loved our stay and the small town is gorgeous to walk. "
