Along with an outdoor sky pool, this smoke-free apartment building has a zen garden, 24-hour fitness center and laundry facilities. WiFi in public areas is free. Each apartment provides a fully equipped kitchen. The Space: This cozy apartment is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay. Great amenities: \- Fully equipped kitchen \- Smart-TV with streaming apps installed! \- Complimentary coffee \- Pool access where allowed by season and weather, typically Memorial Day to Labor Day. Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old. No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule. Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Self-service garage parking is available in the building next door ($17/day; \~$125/month). Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver.
