I really liked the pool and spa, but the cafe was awful. They actually ran out of eggs and so I had no breakfast. They should have a free breakfast anyway

Front desk seemed to be bothered at check-in, got into our room 1st floor couldn’t the window to lock, the bed had 4 small square pillows a d was told they had none to give out. Decided to check out the pool with my 6yr old son. The hot tub walls are all green and the light was out of its socket and dangling around, the pool seemed ok. The small confusing to find restaurant is WAY over priced! Overall not a good stay.

I had come in from Vegas. Tired, really tired. When i phoned Clarion, the lady was really helpful and sent the shuttle to get us. The driver was nice, decent.Got to Hotel quickly. Check in was smooth. Because i was very tired, it was good to see a restaurant here. The restaurant was fine too. The room was good, clean.

staff was friendly when I asked them to move my rooms because the bed had me itching, I laid in the bed for about 15 minutes before I started getting bitten by something. I had little itchy bumps on my arms and stomach, after I was moved to another room it got better! The restaurant they have on the property was great, bar and food were too good! best part of my stay.

The staff was nice they did move us one time due to the refrigerator not working and it smelled so bad. Then the next room shower had sewer smell coming up through it - we had no hot water in the sink then the next morning we only had like warm water to shower with. I mentioned it to the staff when leaving and they noted it. Definitely a place unfortunately I would not recommend.

No hot water in 3 different rooms. Had not been able to take a hot shower in multiple rooms. Shower would go from warm to cold in a few minutes. The staff were friendly and accommodating by allowing us to change rooms but the issue was never resolved. As of that’s just the way it is. Will not stay here again.

No hot water. A lot of flights were cancelled that day so I wrote it off to lots of use at the time but still none at 4 am. Check in was smooth and quick but don’t count on the bar/restaurant too much.

Would not recommend this hotel.
The room appeared clean, however, the sheets were very scratchy, the pillows were too hard and I could not get any hot water in the shower. I would not recommend this particular hotel to anyone.

Close to the airport with frequent shuttle runs. The room itself was clean but the bathroom area was very old and dated in a grungy way. Thankful to have a convenient place to sleep after a late night canceled flight but would likely not stay here again.

Great for the price
The hotel is older, however, it was clean, bed was comfortable, and it was relatively quiet. I felt safe and secure and any time i had an issue the staff was very willing to go above and beyond to help.
