Staff was terrible. Room is not quite. We couldnt sleep. There was cockroach. Lobi bathroom was locked. No shampoo in the room. The hotel pictures not knowlageble. They did not reflect hotels info.

Thank goodness the reservation was only for 1 night. The property is a MOTEL with exterior doors. We saw a roach in our room. The beds were clean and the bathroom was clean but pets are allowed and the carpet had pet stains and the room smelled like wet dog. They have remodeled some but lots of broken things. My hair dryer didn’t work. The upper ice machine didn’t work. They charge a $50 deposit. When checking out they say they are refunding it but 3 days later and no sign of refund. I also do not think it is a coincidence that my credit card had multiple charges that were not mine just 2 days after my stay. Expedia should not recommend this motel.

I tried to cancel a reservation due to an unexpected event. When I called the property direct no one answered the phone. When I went to the National number they told me I had to go through Expedia to cancel. No luck there either. Just wanted to inform the hotel so my room could be released to another party if needed. If customer service is like this all the time I would really look elsewhere before signing on. Especially if accommodations to cancel will be this difficult.

Disgusting
Was mislead by hotels.com description on the hotel, cleanliness, recent renovation and free breaksfast, etc... all non existant!! We should have left as soon as we pulled in to the parking lot, the place looked super sketchy. The rooms were disgusting and smelled horrible. Our mini fridge was leaking and everytime I called reception to report it no one would answer. The walls are super thin in that place and you can hear everything going on in the room next door. Never again will I pay to stay in such a filthy hotel.

This property has an infestation of roaches. My room was on the first floor. I entered my room and turned on the lights, there were about 6-8 roaches crawling on the back of the door and multiple roaches crawling on the floor. I went back to the front desk to let the Attendant know. He changed my room to an upstairs room. When I entered the room to check, as soon as I turned on the light, there were multiple roaches running around on the floor. I returned to the front desk and requested a refund and explained that I did not want to stay at the hotel. The front desk clerk told me that someone complained the previous night and that for some reason the hotel always has roaches.

Good room, service so-so.
Staff was not at the desk when we were checking in. Had about a 3-5 minute wait until someone showed up. Room was nice and clean. Maid service was okay but no coffee was left in the room.

There were so many small roaches in the t room, and even a big cricket, I decided to cut my stay to only one night, didn't even bother asking for another room because it would've most likely been in similar condition

I booked a deluxe king room. When I got there i was told that room wasn’t available but he would allow me to do a double bed for the same price. As soon as you walked in the room it smelled like mold. The room was absolutely disgusting and not cleaned at all. The towels still had someone else’s makeup on it. The sheets had hair when you pulled back the covers. Both pillows on the bed had makeup all over them like they hadn’t been washed. There was no hand soap in the room. So we had to use the “face” soap to wash our hands. The bathroom was the worst of it all. The tub/shower looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. The shower curtain looks like it hasn’t ever been washed. Behind the bathroom door on the walls was caked up dirt. The night stand in between the beds the drawer was moldy when you opened it. There was only one light bulb in the lamp. It was not worth 178.98 plus the 50 dollar deposit for a total of 228.98.
