I booked this room with VRBO and the host would not answer any emails. I arrived at night and had yet to receive any information on how to get into my room. I arrived at the room and the office was closed. I reached out to VRBO who was wonderful. After a failed attempt to reach the host several times, they decided I should get a full refund. The host has been suspended from VRBO. I received a full refund and still had to find another room that night where most hotels were booked. I would not recommend this host. Do Not Use Them.
