**Long-Term Stays**
1) It is required that guests remove garbage from the home during their stay. The current guest will pay any garbage or automotive-related city fines during your stay that are imposed by the apartment complex or otherwise. We are not responsible for any city fines.
2) It is required that guests will need to pay for extra cleanings during a long-term stay of 30 days or more. We require that a cleaning of the home is necessary (1) once per month. Fees will be applied to the platform or payment method of the original reservation.
3) We will from time to time stop in to check in on the home with monthly inspections.

New appliances, not safe or healthy, neighbors doing drugs
The hosts communicated very well leading up to the stay. They were also very accommodating with our group varying between 5-6 people.
The property the location was somewhat uncomfortable.
The initial door to the building, which was supposed to require a code to enter, was not locked and did not require a code. You could simply pull it open.
The smell of marijuana was overwhelming when we entered the building.
The only lock on the front door of the apartment was the key code lock. There was no other way to secure the door once in the apartment. There used to be another deadbolt, but that had simply been covered up on the outside with some thin wood or tin. The hole was still visible on the inside.
The appliances looked new
The shower heads were great
The vinyl plank flooring had not been installed with any subfloor and was broken at most of the joints, we had to wear shoes to avoid cutting our feet on the floor.
Couldn't use the living room or kitchen because of the overwhelming smell of marijuana.
The bathroom mirror had a huge hole behind it, only visible once the mirror was fogged over. I hung a shirt over it.
One of the showers had mold on the caulking on the floor.
I notified the host of the issues first thing in the morning and told them we were checking out.
Host never responded. Had to involve VRBO support. Host refuses to refund the 2 additional nights we didn't stay.
