Nestled between I-30 and I-35, you're minutes from downtown, Bishop Arts, the Dallas Zoo, and Stevens Park Golf Course.
All guests will need to pass CLEAR identity verification and a background check, we'll look for no evictions, collections, or criminal records.

For stays of 30+ nights, Landing also requires SSN - a soft credit check will be performed only on the primary guest. We look for a 550 credit score.
