Stayed here for our flight out of DFW. Clean and spacious room, good breakfast. There is a shuttle to the airport, took us to our terminal with no issues.

First of all, I originally selected the Bedford, TX location and your system booked me in Irving. Not happy about the fact you don't have a live person to assist changing this reservation So I was 8 miles away from where I should have been. I accepted the error and dealt with it. This location had no parking available, there were a bunch of teens running around all night and I HAD NO SLEEP along with my guest. This was not worth the stay. I will probably rethink using expedia since I could not get a live person to help me with the system error in booking me elsewhere.

The staff were sooo nice and welcoming. We did miss housekeeping during our stay, but I think that was our issue as well because we were out and about so much and so didn’t ask for them to go by the room. We just expected that they would. Everything else was great.

The room had a terrible smell. Also the bathroom had hair in the tub and floors were dirty. The refrigerator was very dirty the freezer had mold in it. The chair was peeling. Beds seemed small. I wouldn't recommend this place. Also wanted to check in a little earlier but had to pay $75.00 fee. Had a long trip so I had too. Most hotels I went to didn't have a problem checking in early. Never again at this location.
