After my check in, I asked for a different room because the gadget in my door was off showing the inside of it. Inside the room, I found the door to the fridge didn’t close all the way. I asked for a different room. Receptionist was friendly. In the 2nd room, the door gadget was hot glued. The door to the fridge looked like an animal scratched it up. The carpet had a bad odor in the entire hotel-the staff was spraying something from a spray bottle several times during the day

The hotel smelled fresh and clean however, there are still some updates needed the carpets were stained and old. The tub needs updating. It was rusted and older. The elevator stopped working during my stay so of course I had to take the stairs, which was ok because i was on the 2nd floor. The price was what I was looking for so I can’t complain!

I was glad to only be there for one night. There's a rough crowd in this facility which made my daughters very uncomfortable and it smelled of smoke and other things. They didn't have enough food for the breakfast. I would not go back.

I did a 3 because of the rate or it would have been lower. We stayed here because other people we were traveling with stayed her or we would not have. The key area to get in was pretty much hanging off and most of the rooms entry areas had some sort of issue with tape or something else. The sink was clogged, there was hair in the bathroom area, it was a noisy area at night, and the elevator was broken.

Elevators went out the day before we checked out so we had to take the stairs with luggage, the breakfast was ok but need few more options besides just powdered eggs but the waffles were good, room was clean but bathroom needs work. We booked for two nights but only stayed one. Desk staff was polite and courteous and refunded our payment for second night without a hassle. We booked a handicap accessible room because we need it. After moving in and getting settled in our door lock quit working. Desk clerk programed new keys but still didn't work, so we had to change rooms. (no maintenance person on duty at 4 pm on friday) Our new room was not accessible, smaller and had several problems. The bathroom door would not latch. Drain plug missing from bath tub. Huge rust stains in bath tub. The exit door at the end of the hall (10 feet away from our door) was broken and would not latch or even close all the way. 5 stars to the desk staff who tried to be helpful. Minus 5 stars to owners of the property who have failed to maintain what could be a nice hotel. Breakfast bar was not the best, but okay, but the breakfast room was too small for the size of the hotel and the number of guests. Breakfast was crowded and noisy.
