I went to check in at 10pm and was told that reception was closed and there were no rooms available so I had to find another hotel to stay at. I would like my money back please

There was no grab & go breakfast as was mentioned on the booking site. Staircases smelled like urine. Hallways smelled like weed. Toilet was dirty and also had hair on toilet seat when I checked in and the the thermostat was difficult to work in order to get the right temperature and therefore it was blowing out cold air instead of hot for heat.

I booked here because I was traveling from out of state for several days and desired a location with a hot breakfast daily. Despite advertising, this location DID NOT have ANY breakfast options. The air conditioning unit did not work properly unless the windows were open. The property is unclean. No one is at the front desk overnight and there is no security day or night; the property goes on "lockdown" from 6 pm to 6 am. The manager is limited on customer service training and simply takes payments, hands out keys, and makes excuses- in that order.

Elevators dirty bathroom dirty room smelled like paint. Our window would'nt lock. No breakfast or a a grab and go bag. One site said free breakfast other site said grab and go. Night receptionist very nice daytime person was annoyed caused we asked for coffee cups. Not a good morning or can i help you we had to stand at the desk for about 15 minutes to check out.

Do not stay here
Do not stay here. It has no amenities, despite what it says on this website. No breakfast, no fitness center, no in-room phone or coffee pot. The features in the room are from the 1970s. Even the towels are extremely undersized for a normal adult. The pool was covered in a heavy layer of green scum. This website misled me as to the quality, calling it 3-star. It is a no-star hotel. On my personal experience, the TV didn't work and the room next door was blaring their TV and talking to someone until 3 am. You could hear everything. The daily rate was over $100 for this dump. I stayed at a Holiday in Express the next night for the same rate, and it was 100 times nicer!

We arrived at 10:00 pm and checking in time closes at 11:00pm. However after driving for 6 hours, we stood at the reception for 45 minutes. We called the reception number and the number listed there but had no luck. After almost an hour we hard some movement inside the housing keeping room. I walked in there and met a lady doing laundry. I asked her who’s at the reception. She said it was her and she’d be down to check is in in a few minutes. The lady came to help us and apologised for the long wait. she looked very tired being the house keeper and the receptionist. The lady/staff was very very very nice that we calmed down ( she still served us with a big smile on her face and carried a friendly conversation with us). The room was spacious, and organized BUT’ it was very very very dusty. The dresser drawers, the bathroom seat, and the tv which did not even work were all dusty. There were no hangers to hang ou clothes neither. The rooms has no phone to call the reception and given that we were on the third floor and tired we decided not to go downstairs to ask for anything. I took one of the bathroom wash clothes and wiped down the dining table and the bathroom counters. The website indicated the checkout is 11:30. So the following morning we checked out at 11:30 am but we were charged $40 for that we were 30 mins late to check out. Overall the location is perfect and the rooms are spacious so I give them a 3 star.

No one at the front desk My toilet was stopped the first day and I was given a plugger that didn’t work then I was given another one I couldn’t get it unstuck The night manager came and got it working it was over flowing. I it worked for one day than back doing the same thing when I left no one at the front desk I called the manager said leave the keys on the counter that he would check me out no customer service

When i was trying to check in. I stood at the front desk for 15 mins and no one was there. I ended up calling the hotel for someone to come to the front desk. I finally got my room and then the pillow was no clean. It had makeup on it. So i went back to the desk to ask for a new pillow case and had to wait again. She finally came back and then didnt believe me about the pillow. So she went to the with me to the room so i could show her the pillow. So i showed her the pillow and she finally decided to change the pillow case

The female staff were great. The men...when you could find them (because they were never at the front desk) were abrupt and rude. There was a pile (literally 6-8 black plastic bags) of trqsh on the hall near our door. The next morning about 11am, i asked the oler man when the trash would be removed because it smells bad. He yold me it was rude of me to see something wrong with the hotel and expect them to remedy it quickly. I knew from there that the rest of our 3 day stay was going to be hell.

Very disappointed with this property. Place is not well kept, rooms and hall way smell like urine. I asked for manager and nobody ever followed up after voicing issue. Coffee was cold, the was no creamer and what they call breakfast included was a muffin / breakfast bar. Do not recommend!!

The photos are a HUGE misrepresentation of what you actually get. Stayed in a two room suite. The area around the hotel was even sketchy! The room was hard to open. The stove was gross and old. There were broken light switches and wall lamps, floor lamp is broken. The swimming pool was green and half empty. Someone was smoking weed on the 3rd floor. The bathroom floors were sticky. Shower knob was broken in far room. The sink faucet in the far room was broken and I had to wiggle it back into place to make stop spraying everywhere. The rooms were not clean enough. No shampoo and conditioner. Best thing was the comfort of the bed and clean towels and wash rags.

One staff member, ck in took an hour as she couldn’t work iPad. Bug powder in hallways and elevator. Rotting food in fridge, dirty dishes in sink. Eviction notice on floor of room. Prostitutes coming and going with customers. We left immediately. Also even though I confirmed our room in the afternoon, there was no such room available and they gave us that uncleaned room. Most disgusting place ever and you should not continue to link your name with this establishment. Expedia called on my behalf to avoid being charged but I was charged anyway. Not sure I will trust Expedia again

Lots of things out-of-service, broken, or missing.
I don't typically write negative reviews, but... We stayed here because of the location, and the price was a lot more than several hotels in the area so we had assumed we'd get our money's worth... NOPE. First off, the pool is closed ALL SUMMER (Texas is already experiencing 100° weather, so this is ridiculous). Secondly, the automatic door opener for people with disabilities was not working, which was a huge pain for me since I am on crutches with a broken ankle. Staff didn't seem interested in helping me, either. The room was clean but the sink was stopped up, there were no dishes/utensils in the kitchen, and there was no hairdryer, there was only one chair and it was broken (one of the rollers was stuck into a broken piece under the chair and I almost fell when sitting). And, the folks at the front desk didn't seem generally interested in helping customers. The mattress was also uncomfortable and the towels were thin and rough. I've stayed in a lot of other companies' extended stay hotels with similar pricing and they have always been much nicer and more comfortable to stay in. This was a huge disappointment. I will never again stay at an Extended Stay America.

When I got there to check in, they didn't have a room reserved for me. The front desk guy named Jarred did a very good job trying to help me. He even spoke to his manager Valerie and said it was ok for me to get transferred in the morning to a room with 2 beds. I went to front desk in the morning and asked about what was told to me at night. Dena/AGM was very rude and not even trying to help. She said she didn't have no room for me and that she was going to refund me the money we paid. She was being very mean and rude as well to her front desk person Ayana I believe it was her name. She treats her clients wrong as well as employees, she gives really bad customer service. I still have not received my refund and had no place to stay.

The staff was excellent. The property was clean. My room stayed around 76-78 degrees all night long. I was hot all night and only slept about 5 hours. I got up at 6:00 and went to get breakfast because hey...I'm awake. What a let down. The following items were all that was offered. A individually wrapped muffin Individual Packets of Oat Meal A peanut butter breakfast bar thing... Coffee Everyone I ran into was underwhelmed. I suppose I should just accept it because this seems to be the norm since Covid. It was a very uncomfortable sleep with no ability to change the temperature. The one redeeming quality is the girl who checked me in was excellent and very personable, which is why I would give this place another chance down the road.
