Everything runs on door codes, so it was easy to check in and check out. The pullout couch and shower curtain are old and could use an update, but otherwise the rental was great for us! The walls were dirty, the front door had a half inch gap. The floors had gaps in the bathroom (potential tripping hazard. The stairs to the property are clearly out of code in 2025\. I nearly fell several times because my foot (12's) were too long for the short clearance. There is parking, but its very tight... so a large vehicle wont fit.The location was great in regards to access to all of the major highways and local bars, but I'd pass on it on my next Dallas trip. ##### Greg W. The neighbors dogs are super loud too. Fine for a short stay The property was reasonably clean though it smelled of fish when we arrived. The door latch is messed up and has about a half inch of wiggle room when the door is locked. It didn’t feel very secure. The decor is nicely done with cute appliances including a fully stocked Nespresso machine which I very much appreciated. I didn’t cook but the kitchen seemed to have all the necessities with the exception of silverware. Where is the silverware? I had to stir my coffee with a butcher knife.
