Over all staff was okay. The room was dirty the sink clogged as soon as we tried to use it. The room was musty and floor and beds felt wet from it. Tub had hairs ceiling had mold. We asked for towels They only gave us one. The ice bucket was moldy pillows where flat and bumpy. . We only stayed for the night but could of been a lot better

In both rooms we stayed in, there were holes in the walls, holes in the bathtubs, etc. It was a very basic place to stay just to try and sleep. Noisy neighbors made that difficult too.

This property was ok. Friendly front desk who offered additional toiletries. Other than that it's a basic hotel. Clean enough. No plugs anywhere in the main room to plug in phones other than bathroom. No breakfast, no gym, no pool-that's why I say a basic hotel.

Overall it was pretty dirty but the beds were pretty good. No Bible, no coffee in the room, no microwave or fridge in the room. Mold on the ceiling above the shower. It did have an elevator but the hallway smelled like pot. I’ve stayed in worse but this place could be better if they tried a little.

I can’t give them a review- they called me after I’ve arrived in the parking lot to say that they will have to cancel my reservation. I asked why. Said they don’t know. But I would have to call relations. I left Motel 6 a review in 2017 how awful the motel was and disgusting it was. So they refunded me and I guess put me on the DNR. SO I CAN’T GIVE A FULL REVIEW.

Room was musty, stained bed sheets, carpet, lamp shades and tub. Pillows were very small lumpy and old. It needs a lot of work to bring it up to par.

The room served its purpose but there was no microwave in the room one had to walk to the office to use the microwave the bathroom door had a hole on it the shower doesnt have a door so when you shower the water will end up on the floor cause its just a curtain there was a dried crusty booger on the wall and the wifi cut off at around 12am so if you bring a streaming device cause you sont want to watch whats on tv after 12am you will have no wifi one would think being that closer to the stadium certain issues would not be but that was not the case with this motel 6 but again i guess you can say it served its purpose but it definitely wont be my 1st choice again

Great location but....
Location was great all tho it was a bit difficult to get into because of the traffic cones setup to handle the event the night that I arrived. I wasn't happy that they charged my card 2 days before arriving even tho I chose to pay upon arrival.

Location is the best thing about this Hotel. No complimentary shampoo or body wash. Pillows were not Comfortable. Housekeeping can put a little bit more effort on detail. Meter Box at one of the entrances was broken. (Lid missing). Potential lawsuit to happen.This place has potential. Manager is not paying attention to detail.

The worst place I have ever spent the night in, in my life. There was no working light bulb in the one lamp with missing shade. The tub filled up with water as we showered. The sheets had brown spots, the pillow cases were inside out on the pillows. The room corners were filthy. They would not refund our money so we could leave. The wash cloths I asked for had stains on them. The bed had a sheet for the top cover. Horrible night.

AVOID! It’s a $39.99 a night hotel that charges $289 for a Dallas Cowboys event night. We came on cotton bowl weekend too and they charged $189 for that game event. Normally advertised as a $79.99 hotel. Additional charges to prepare for if going on any event weekends will be paying for parking passes to park at the hotel lol. Yes they charge an additional fee to park.. ours was $70 for the weekend added to the already price gouged room rate. The room was dirty. Stains on sheets, carpet, and bathroom floors. The shower had zero pressure and most of the nozzle was stopped up. Shower wouldn’t drain and it leaked under the tub and cause a wet carpet in the “vanity” area. Last day there we took showers in the dark because the vent/light combo had the vent lock up and was going to catch fire if left on. The tv is the size of a computer screen and there’s no guide and 14 channels. ESPN isn’t one of them so I couldn’t even watch the cotton bowl from my room. It says renovations and such it’s all false. The elevator is about to fall apart, there’s no baggage trolly, it’s just a garbage hotel. When I brought all this too the attention of the front desk she wrote it down and said I’ll let the manager know. I said do y’all always price gouge and charge a parking pass? She smiled and said yes. I said for this trashy of a hotel? She said yes while smiling again. I said I gotta leave a bad review if y’all aren’t willing to help the fees. She said fine and smiled again lol. AVOID!!!!!

We really enjoyed our stay! Our flight landed early and Dee (at the front desk) let us check in before 3 PM. It was wonderful to be able to dump our bags in our room and explore the area. Our room was clean and the bed was super comfortable with great pillows and bedding. The facilities are little rundown, but I was told that they will be updating everything in the rooms in 2024. Our shower worked fine, with plenty of hot water and water pressure. The carpet had a couple stains, but was clean (my socks stayed white). The lobby and the front area are beautiful! That part has already been renovated. They’ve also put new air conditioning units in all of the rooms. We didn’t bring a car, so parking wasn’t an issue but they did call us ahead of time to let us know that we would be charged Additionally for parking if we needed it. I can’t say enough about this facility. It was great. We would definitely stay there again. The location was wonderful and everything was walkable. We went to AT& T stadium, Texas Live and the Rangers stadium while we were there. There are also restaurants within walking distance that were very good, too.

The staff were rude charged me a security deposit which isn’t in the policy I asked why because I never had to pay that before they replied back it’s up to their discretion. The lady said her name was D she has the worse customer service and hospitality I have ever witness she was very very rude racist and disrespectful would even look me in the eye as if I was inconveniencing her. I just wanted to know where is it stated that a deposit is required if I had already paid. She replied your not going to find it written anywhere. Some thing needs to be done about this because I’m sure I’m not the only one being charged for something that’s not stated in the policy. I would like someone to look into this matter ASAP please and thank you

You get what pay for first off at I had to pay for parking for a basic motel. The door to the room was hard to shut closed. The TV was the size of a lunchbox the tub had a hair in and still was still wet. The toilet handle brown spots. Next I’ll save my money
