This place is dirty as can be. Holes in the wall. Paint splashed in the room, looks like had not been cleaned in ages. Assistant manager very rude and could not care less about the state of the property. Please run and don’t stay here. Had to book another property for the night.

Staff was super friendly and nice . I was woken multiple times with the police coming onto the property not sure what was happening that night. They also have a roach issue. I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

There were Roaches EVERYWHERE. An infestation. The sheets were dirty. There was a hole in the curtains. The bathtub was full of hair. The night guy does not answer the phone so checking in after dark is almost impossible. We checked out after 30 minutes.

Worst hotel/management
Well I was going to pay the room again in the morning and the lady up front was having a hard time telling me that I needed to pay in cash and as I was walking out the hotel to get cash the black manager yelled and said I have no common sense even though the card scanner wasn’t working and they still made me swipe so I told her she was kinda being a b word so she kicked me and my boyfriend out barely gave us time to move our stuff said she was going to call the cops this is a terrible hotel plus the roachs crawling all over us at night.

The wall joints / caulking / sealing fully compromised. Rotten wall/floor seams and all kinds of pockets for insects intrusion. Later at night further confirmed with multiple roaches sighting. Toilet placement nonsense under sink countertop. Air ventilation very rusty. Glad that it was only 1 night stay. I will NEVER come back again to this property.

poor place for no more than $20 per night
1/My husband and I waited an hour to check in with the explanation that the room was not cleaned! 2/ Full of cockroaches - all sizes that were crawling on us too! 3/Only one of the two stoves and one bulb from the table lamp work. 4/For a week they didn't offer us another soap and another toilet paper, they didn't change the sheets, they didn't clean! 5/We used to throw the garbage at each other ​

Good location, but terribly run down and dirty, roach-infested, dirty, holes in the wall, no smoke detecter (ripped out) Not even a disposable cup or glass. I have stayed in worse, but that hotel was in the rural part of South Korea in the 1976-77 era.

They need to refurbish those rooms. Paint peeling off the walls, and tub, and the placement of the toilet in the middle of the bathroom, not against the wall like regular rooms but in the middle, in front of the sink. That was a horrible design for the bathroom. Yeah, I don't think I'll be reserving anything there anytime soon.

The hotel is in bad shape and not like the photos. If you are looking for a quiet and comfortable place to sleep, this is not the place. The non-smoking room smelled of smoke, stains all over the toilet, counters, and bath tub. There were cigarette ashes in the toilet. I saw small roaches on the floor and thought, damn. An hour later, I saw them on the bed and left early. You know those movies that depict drug and sex hotels. This totally had that vibe. As I walked to the room, there were bags of trash outside several doors, several people just sitting out and smoking, leaked water on the walkways, thin walls and people literally yelling. So if that's your thing, this is the place. If you're looking for a comfortable place to rest, this is not the place. This hotel was like 30 min from central Dallas anyway.

I only want a refund for the 2days I didn’t stay
I’ll start with Konye the front desk clerk. She’s due a raise for her exceptional service. The rooms however were traumatizing for me and my kids. We had to change original rooms as it was filthy. Shaved men’s hair and burn marks on sinks walls etc, roaches in the refrigerator, bed had white residue all over it, etc. I was booked for 4 days Thursday through Monday, I checked out Saturday morning. I was never refunded for the remainder of my unused time. I was told to come back after the holiday to speak with a manager. I was out on hold for 20 mins before I had to disconnect. The kids and I never slept in the room, I just left a couple of boxes there Thursday and Friday, I came back got the boxes and checked out. My 12y/o said she’d rather sleep in the car she was so uncomfortable.
