Along with an outdoor sky pool, this smoke-free apartment building has a lounge, game room, 24-hour fitness center and laundry facilities. WiFi in public areas is free. Each apartment provides a kitchen with a refrigerator, an oven, a stovetop, and a microwave. The Space: We have multiple CozySuites units in this building and each one is unique. Decor and layout may vary slightly from what you see in photos. This cozy apartment is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay. Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver.
