Location was easy to find, the girls LOVED the bathroom mirror. We had plenty of space for the 3 of us! Stayed 3 nights in Dec 2022 ### 2/10 Terrible #### Cori L. 21 Apr 2025 Liked: Check-in Disliked: Cleanliness, communication, listing accuracy #### Extremely Dirty I hate leaving a negative review and want to make sure and say property manager did refund most of my money BUT I feel like this needs to be said because we chose the property based on the positive reviews and the emphasis on cleanliness. This property was extremely dirty. All the baseboards caked in dirt, blood on the bathroom door, the side door had a huge gap at the bottom that a small animal could easily fit through. A mattress was in the front yard. All doors had dirty stained fingerprints all over them. The rug was complete stained. I have no idea how there are reviews speaking do the cleanliness. When I contacted the host at arrival they replied that the cleaner normally does a great job but they would speak to them and to enjoy my stay. This was absolutely not from one guest. This was months of build up at the very least. I sent pictures they never replied to and told them we were leaving and they could refund my money or I would need to get VRBO involved. They didn’t reply until the next morning when I contacted VRBO and said they would refund the portion they got paid but couldn’t refund the portion VRBO took it was a difference of 68 so I agreed to just be done with it. I definitely appreciated the refund from the host instead of having to fight about it thru VRBO. ##### Cori L.
