"Staff were amazing and very accommodating, good English, and quick to answer and address any issues & questions…would definitely stay there again next time!"
"Great place to stay for single travelers. I stayed for 4 nights in July and the air conditioning worked great and location is fantastic. Train around the corner or underground walkways to other train stations. Fanatics restaurants and shopping underground Cristal mall all the way to Shin Sai Bashi Suji to Dontonbori. Definitely worth the price I paid for the room. Wouldn’t take the wife here but for single travelers for the price can’t beat it. Just have to figure out how to keep the AC on all...

"During a recent overnight trip to Universal Studios Japan, I stayed at The Park Front Hotel. While my check-in experience began with significant frustration, it was entirely salvaged by the exceptional service of two staff members, Morinaga and Soegami.
The room I booked online was described as a "Luxury Floor Deluxe City View Twin Room" that accommodates four people. However, upon arrival, the initial staff member insisted the room could only sleep two and that I would need to purchase an additional room to accommodate the third person in my party. This resulted in an unforeseen expense of over $500, which was particularly stressful given the tight schedule of my trip.
The situation was completely turned around when I returned to the hotel later that day and was assisted by Morinaga and Soegami. They graciously found a way to accommodate my party by downgrading my reservation to a room that could fit three people. I was more than happy with this solution and the minimal price difference. Their professionalism, courtesy, and willingness to find a solution were truly commendable, and I believe they should be recognized for their outstanding service.
The downgraded room was very nice, and the hotel's location is excellent, with easy access to restaurants, train stations, and the park. The staff in general were also very nice and friendly. Despite the initial check-in issue, the experience was saved by the staff's professionalism."
"Very comfortable stay next to Kyoto station.
Across the street from a mall w/Don Quixote for easy shopping.
Excellent service, front desk & housekeeping staff. Comfortable beverage lounge w/coffee & tea.
Many food options close by, Coco Curry, Nakau, late night noodles, Family Mart & more.
Last, exceptional lower cost rate.
