Die Lage ist super. Und es war alles sauber! ABER- Leider war die Wohnung schon sehr abgewohnt. Es fängt an, das die Treppe zur Haustür kaputt ist und man auf eine dreckige Haustür guckt. Wenn man rein kommt, riecht man schon das Alter der Wohnung und Möbel. Es besteht etwas Renovierungsbedarf. Der Schrank in der Wohnküche fällt fast auseinander. Das Sofa ist sehr Alt und abgewetzt die Stühle sind furchtbar unbequem. Kleiner Pluspunkt- Die Betten bzw. die Matratzen sind anscheinend recht neu und gut.... Die Küche ist alt aber sauber- Vorsicht- es gibt keinen Backofen. Im Bad gibt es zu wenig Abstellmöglichkeiten und zu wenig Haken für Handtücher. Ebenso in der Wohnküche ist, bis auf den Invaliden Schrank nichts weiter da. Die Glühbirnen sind teils gar nicht vorhanden oder defekt. Der Schlafzimmerschrank ist ebenso defekt. Überall an den Wänden sind Macken und es müsste dringend renoviert werden. Auch der Boden ist sehr abgenutzt, wirkt daher unmer schmutzig. Die Parklätze sind, wenn alle 4 benutzt werden nicht brauchbar. Mit 3 Autos wäre es ok, aber immer noch sehr sehr eng. Der angepriesene Garten ist eine hässliche lieblose Steinwüste und läd nicht zum sitzen ein.Also einmal und nie wieder. Leider! ##### Sabrina B.
