Not amused over the regulations according “check kitchen tools” by arriving and “cleaning rules” by leaving (especially when you pay an additional fee for cleaning). Your rules differ from other accommodations. Advise: let your staff check the number of plates, cups, cauteries, glasses, pans etc before and after every booking. Per ongeluk dubbel geboekt. En parkhouder attendeerde mij daar op en dat ik bij thuiskomst terug moest vragen (aanbetaling)bij Bel Villa. Mail gestuurd. Niks meer op mail gehoord. nu 1,5 maand later in "gesprek" met de chat, en die zegt dat ze niks terug kunnen storten omdat boeking al geweest is. Dus aanbetaling kwijt. Dubbel betaald dus.
