From our record, the luggage was noticed of damage prior to handling by our bellman and the bellman did informed the family about it. We are not allowed to take any commission from outside services. Otherwise we will get fired for it. On behalf of your villa assistant, I am sorry to make you feel that way. The cable car ticket can be purchased at BaNa ticket station or at any place who has selling contract with BaNa company. To save time for your and the family, our driver took the initiative to buy the tickets on the way.
