Best place to stay in Da Nang
Amazing facility and accommodating staff. Jennie went about and beyond with our requests. And Toan always greeted us with smiles. Definitely recommend Breakfast buffet was amazing. Bar has good food and the seafood restaurant has a great atmosphere. Easy access to the beach from the main pool

Not a 5 star experience. We pay a lot for comfort and didn’t receive it. The AC in our bedroom didn’t work. We called for maintenance and they checked it, but we’re unable to fix it. It was so hot and very difficult to sleep at night. Our pool lights were also broken. We asked those to be fixed so we could relax and swim at night. They said they would fix but never did. We ordered cocktails at the pool and took them back to our room. 30 minutes later we had a staff member knocking on our door saying they needed the glass back. We didn’t even get to finish our drinks. It’s a beautiful hotel, but poorly maintained and poor service. I did not feel happy.

The villa was modern and well kept. Excellent customer service. Love that the villa has the private pool and the breakfast buffet was delightful, made our trip even more wonderful. It’s right on the beach with great location as you can walk around the areas, neighborhoods, and to nearby restaurants. Avoid going to tourists trap restaurants and bars as prices are crazy high for what you’re getting. The customer service level at these places are way above the normal level that it made us felt very uncomfortable.

If you are looking for a quiet getaway with modern facilities, look no further. With the beach 1 minute away from our villa , choosing to use the private pool or beach becomes a tough choice. Mr Nanh was attached to our family the whole stay , it was definitely much more enjoyable with his help !

Absolute paradise. Staff were amazing. Food was extremely good, beach incredible. Our Villa (208) was very well situated, although not a lot of garden compared to our family staying at 202, but that’s a minor issue as there is so much greenery around and about 100m from the beach. The staff asked us at check out if anything could be improved and no-one in our party of 7 could think of anything to improve. Highly recommended.

Great Service....personal assistant is a nice touch. Mercy was her name and she gave fabulous service. She gave swift recommendations for restaurants and markets and tour ideas. Help order food for our in-laws while wife and i went out on a date night....

Superb resort for families
Experience was top notch. Perfect for families. Everything was great. Buffet was above average for a resort. Had some minor issues with the door lock, but the staff was quick to resolve and extremely apologetic. They really care about your happiness. Communication via Whatsapp is a plus too.

Service is superb!! But the amenities inside the villa has room to improve. 2 TV our if the 4 inside the villa is not working.,. And miss the hair dryer inside one room... But service is wonderful, and view is nice!!!!!! Will consider staying next time in DaNang!

The reception staff works so slow and not polite, check out time need more than 15 mins, but in Vinpearl resort it was only took us 2 mins and everything was effective, I will not recommend friends to come and I will not come again.

- 我們的Butler 每一次都好像強顏歡笑的 - 第一天入住,他們的staff 已經把我們的行李的手柄整爛,我沒有追究,他們也沒有offer任何賠償 - 第二天我們請Butler 幫我們在Madam LAN訂枱食晚飯 ,但她說這家餐廳不接受訂枱,介紹我們去酒店附近的一間餐廳,但是我跟他們說我已經曾經試過在madam lan 訂枱沒問題, 她才幫我們訂枱。感覺她應該在酒店附近的那間餐廳有回佣 - 要求酒店幫我們安排酒店車到巴拿山,在去巴拿山的途中司機停下,叫我們在一家路邊的小店買門票,我們完全不知道發生什麼事,我們的Butler 也沒有告訴我們這樣的安排,好像不太appropriate. - 酒店設施本身很好,很乾淨的沙灘,泳池也很大。早餐一般。villa 的private pool 也很大,但沒有私隱

From our record, the luggage was noticed of damage prior to handling by our bellman and the bellman did informed the family about it. We are not allowed to take any commission from outside services. Otherwise we will get fired for it. On behalf of your villa assistant, I am sorry to make you feel that way. The cable car ticket can be purchased at BaNa ticket station or at any place who has selling contract with BaNa company. To save time for your and the family, our driver took the initiative to buy the tickets on the way. 6 adults, 3 kids stayed in a 3 bed room garden view villa. There were everything we need... good location, quiet beach, nice breakfast, fancy garden..and they cleaned everyday whole villa even the pool too. Our villa was on the corner, but there was no inconvenience. The cart always comes within 5-10min, and even 1min. if it's not busy time.The site quiet large enough not to feel there are so many people inside of the resort. Breakfast buffet offers various choices so you can find at least one dish for your taste. Staffs always say hello with nice smile whenever or whoever see you wherever in the resort. Also, our manager(Pinky~) was really kind and gave us careful concern from the start to the end of our trip. Now we are move to Hoi An, bur our heart is still in the premier villa resort. My family really miss this place😌 Hope to visit someday again.

we visited here in Danang for father in law 70th b day, it was great choice. Villa was very big, has private pool, included breakfast was the best!!! the most thing we were so impressed was that all the staff there were sooooooooo friendly and nice. Especially, our private hotel agent "TANSY" was very professional, polite, and responsible for us. One day my husband got injured during bicycling, and she sent a nurse right away, even she escorted us to the Acupuncture clinic to get treatment, helping us with translating, take care with clinic fees so we got all refund what we paid for the treatment. it was very impressive and thankful. we still keep in touch with her now. she made us wanting to come back to Danang again and to this hotel. Beautiful hotel, we loved staying here, thank you so much.

Excellent “home away from home” style resort with all amenities you would need. Kitchen, lounge room, dining room and 4 bedroom over split levels with a private pool will satisfy large groups or families alike. I will Ben back again.

The WiFi not working almost all the time. The shower designs was bad. Water always flown outside in every bathroom. Sometimes have cockroaches in bathroom

Good location
The resort is only a short ride to both Danang city centre and Hoi An. Staff are very friendly except the manager in the Lemongrass where we had breakfast. We were very lucky to have Dani to look after us during our stay there; she was a star! She is the one who makes us want to go back and stay in this resort again. Because of her, we would recommend this resort to our friends. However we have to say the property is showing its age, furnitures and the fittings in the villa were dated and old.

Great hotel with great service!
We had a big group of 10 adults and 9 children. We all had a great time at the villas. The rooms were clean and spacious. The service was great. Whenever we needed to call taxis or needed a big coach at last minute, the staff offered us a help. One of the kids got sick and a nurse was sent to take a look at her. And then later a doctor was called to the villa for a visit (at own cost). Our Personal Assistant was great and helpful. We would highly recommend this hotel!

Highlight: our personal conceirge Heidi!
Great family holiday here if you're looking to spend some quality time together! The kids had ample time in the private swimming pool that's just the right size. We booked the 4 bedroom villa with ocean access, this was really convenient to the beach (added bonus). One thing that differentiate this experience all the other hotels I've been to is - the private concierge service. Nguyen Thi Hieu (Heidi) really made out stay much more relaxed. She would with recommending restaurants, booking it, booking taxis, sorting any issues with the villa and checking out of the hotel. We communicated through WhatsApp (our choice). Thank you, Heidi again!
