Die Wohnung ist für Duhnen universell gelegen, sodass von Ahoi!Bad über Strand bis hin zum Minigolf alles zügig fußläufig zu erreichen ist. Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage war sehr praktisch, Standkorb leicht zu finden und in einem guten Zustand. Ausstattung der Wohnung mit Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine.
