Sehr schön gelegene Wohnung. Wir sind schon das fünfte mal dort.Es hat uns jedesmal sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung hat alles was man benötigt. In Dunen kann man sich zu jeder Jahreseszeit sehr gut erholen. Ein Lob an der Wohnungs Vermietung Hinrichs für den perfekten Service. Jederzeit gerne.

Tolle Lage

Die Lage der Wohnung war perfekt für uns. Zentral gelegen und doch ruhig. Die Ausstattung (Küchenausstattung) war sehr einfach und von weniger guter Qualität. Aber für uns war es okay, da wir nicht selber gekocht haben.

Top Lage mit Blick auf die Nordsee

Die Wohnung ist von Lage absolut spitze. Von dem Sofa aus, kann man die Nordsee sehen. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Die Begrüßung empfanden wir als sehr freundlich. Schade war, dass eine Großbaustelle eingerüstet wurde. Die Sauberkeit im ganzen Objekt könnte besser sein. Ein kleiner Mülleimer im Badezimmer sollte Standard sein.

Rundum gelungener Aufenthalt

Das Vermietungsbüro ist sehr zu empfehlen, freundlicher Kontakt vor und wärend der Reise, die Wohnung ist sehr freundlich eingerichtet und die Lage ideal. 100 Meter zum Strand und wenige Meter in den Ortskern von Duhnen. Die Couch sollte mal gewechselt oder Grundgereinigt werden, ansonsten wären wir wunschlos glücklich mit der Wohnung. Wir sagen Danke und werden wieder kommen.

Inneneinrichtung

Die Inneneinrichtung der Stube ist eine Zumutung. Die Küche ist topp, das Geschirr ist alt und unvollständig. Die restlichen Zimmer sind ok.

Tolle Lage und gemütliche Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung hat unseren Wünschen entsprochen.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt,und wir (Tochter,Enkelsohn und ich)würden uns wieder an Sie wenden,wenn wir in Duhnen wieder Urlaub verleben möchten .Leider war war die Wohnzimmerkautsch sehr fleckig.Das war unangenehm und wir haben diese dann mit einem Spannbettlaken überzogen.So ging es uns auch mit dem Teppich,den wir dann zusammengerollt in den Abstellraum unterbrachten.Leider hatten wir Stromausfall,den wir sofort ihrer Agentur meldeten.Mit der Begründung,es wäre jetzt Feierabend und am nächsten Tag käme der Hausmeister.Es hat uns geärgert,so abgefertigt zu werden.Das bedeutete für uns ,kein warmes Wasser,kein licht usw.meine Tochter hat dann immer wieder versucht am Stromkasten den Schalter zu betätigen,was dann nach längere Zeit endlich klappte.Der Hausmeister kam natürlich nicht.Trotzdem ,wenn man von den genannten Schwierigkeiten absieht ,hat es uns gefallen.
