Friendly and helpful stuff
Good location in Cusco town. Stuff was very helpful. Luggage storage was available. Things to be improved: Location of hotel shown in google map wasn’t correct. Hotel should update the location.

Nice location but a bit outdated
The room was very large but a bit outdated. The room was heated but not the bathroom. Overall service was not even with some staff nice and helpful other not so much. Also tour salesperson at the hotel refused to take credit cards for even the most expensive tours, like Machu Picchu

Spacious room, good location
The location is ideal, about 10 mins from Plaza Armas. The rooms were spacious and very powerful showers. The only cons were breakfast was very limited and lot of noise at night from traffic if your room was facing street. But overall very good.

A Hidden Gem
Super friendly and accomodating staff. Offered coca tea upon arrival. Room near the front desk a bit noisy at times but not the fault of the staff. Older building but tons of character and charm. Lovely central courtyard. Served a great breakfast. Stored our extra backpacks while we hiked Machu Pichu. Helped us find a laundry service! Great location within walking distance of the square and many shopping orrestaurant choices. I would stay here again.

Great for the price, comfortable and friendly sta
Overall great for the price. Online we paid a lot less than the cost at the hotel. Ay the hotel it is $85 dollars for a single. The staff is friendly, and helpful. They charge 8 soles per kilo for laundry. They did all our laundry, and ironed everything.

Decent budget place, great location.
Hotel could use some renovations, during winter rooms are windy INSIDE, and the shower lacks a bit of water pressure. Great location though and very helpful staff.

Nice hotel close to city centre
We just finished a two week stay at this hotel. Angel has great English and is very warm and welcoming. He helped us organize taxis and trips. Breakfast is included- eggs, toast, jam, cereal, ham, cheese, crackers, juice, coffee and tea. Nice hotel showers and clean rooms. 10 minute walk to the main square ( plaza de Armas).

Loved this charming hotel near the plaza. The staff are so nice, welcoming and accommodating. Hot tea always available in the lobby.

friendly and professional staff, close to down town center, good free breakfast, great site for taxi and tour buses to pick up and drop off, rooms clean and beds comfortable. Don't know how loud it would be if all rooms filled since we were there when only 3-4 room filled with adults.

It was a wonderful stay. The person check us in was very helpful, it was nice that he speak English. Hostel was very clean, the only con i have, is how I couldnt get internet in the room. Otherwise our stay was good. He give us information on how to get to MachuPicchu and information about Cusco.

Check in was quick and easy. Reception helped in booking tours. The lock on the door was ancient and hard to open/close. Breakfast was forgettable. Good location but very noisy.

Little hotel close to the Central Plaza
We found a really little hotel close to the downtown. The staff was nice and gentle. Everything was good except the noise traffic starting early in the morning. The big house is clean and look like a part of the historic town. We liked the place and We would like to return again.

Good price and excellent service by staff. Staff are responsive and very helpful to various requests and questions. Hotel location is within walking distance to tourist areas. However, although it should be emphasized that everything is in working order, the hotel feels old and worn. This is reflected in the price.

The staff is very nice, polite, the location is perfect. My only problem was that the entire building needs some updates or remodeling without loosing the old style. the towels needs to be replaced, some that I used were very old and with a different name on it. the walls in the bathrooms need more attention and cleaning they have mildew.

Quaint place perfect location
Hotel is in a great location, super close to the the plaza de armas! Hotel staff was extremely helpful with restaurant recommendations and Machu Picchu trip planning. Always ready to help us! Recommend this place!

The hotel staff were great! The room was okay. There were a few problems. My room was located right next to the stairs and dining area, a little noisy. The toilet was without a seat, which I mentioned, but only received a sorry. The price was good but I would pay more for a little more comfort.

Fantastic staff, clean hotel with reliable wifi
I had a fantastic stay at this Hotel. Amazing staff - they help if you want it, but they don't pester you 24/7 like some hotels do. The bed/room was very clean, wifi was fast and reliable, as was the water pressure and temperature. Such a bargain for the location too!

Home away from home
This is a small, locally owned hotel. It is centrally located. The rooms are clean, with comfortable beds, with heaters, and with long, hot showers - but nothing fancy. The staff is excellent. Everyone is kind, concerned and willing to help in any way. If and when we go to Cusco again, we wouldn't hesitate to stay here.

We stayed here recently. Their photo on their web site is misleading, it's actually a photo of the fountain in the plaza outside the hotel. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. We had a problem with one of the rooms smelling like propane. The gal could not tell us why there was a propane smell, nor could she figure out who to call to find out. They tried to assure us it was fine. NOT. After insisting to them it was not safe for us to stay at their hotel any longer, they did offer to assist us in finding another hotel.

Great hotel close to the main square
The place was great, good location, good breakfast, small room but comfortable. The only issue was the windows were not sound proof, so if you are a light sleeper then avoid a room for sure which has windows to the main road, the traffic is endless through the light with horns and engines which can be heard easily from the second floor rooms.

Cheap hotel close to the main tourist area.
This hotel has small rooms that the bed takes up most of and a bathroom with a rather large shower. If you're just looking for a place to crash and get cleaned up after exploring the area, then this is for you. If you plan on spending a large amount of time in your hotel, this isnt for you.
